“Had to call to place an order as the web site didn't work for me. The delivery address screen would not progress to payment despite all boxes being completed. The telephone service was excellent.”

“There has been prompt service on deliveries, and products have been as described and very good. On only one occasion did I have to return a product due to a sizing error (my fault) and returning it was quick, and a phone call to customer services to be advised replacement would be with me in 5 to 7 days. Cannot complain at all.”
