Wouldn't go near this place if they were giving out free tyres. Had my tyres changed about 6 months ago, they damaged all my freshly powder coated alloys. Blamed me for the damage. Luckily I took a video in their car park on the day. Took over a month to get reimbursed, ended up having to go through ats complaints as my emails were getting ignored. Managed to get a refund 6 days after contacting the complaints department. Wouldn't usually leave a bad review. Even after getting my alloys damaged... but I changed my discs/pads this week and all of my wheel nuts were torqued to over 200nm, they're meant to be 140nm. I'm lucky a wheel didn't come off and kill me. I've heard so many bad things from this place. Save your money and go elsewhere. Not as if you're saving money going here...

I was having trouble with my front tyres going down. I visited Macclesfield ATS and Chris the manager arranged for my car to be looked at the next day. The mechanic checked my tyres and wheels rectifying the problem quickly. I am now motoring stress free thanks to Chris and his team. I

I went to the Dunfermline centre for 2 new tyres and wheel alignment. The wheel alignment was not done correctly and this was not noticed until I was on the motorway, where it was pulling a lot to the left, the steering wheel was also pointing to the left and when I drove about 60mph, the wheel was shuddering. I called a total of three times and was hung up on each time. The 1st time because the Dunfermline centre did not answer the phone and therefore I was disconnected. The 2nd time was after being told to book a recovery vehicle if I felt my car was not safe to drive (which it didn't feel safe at all) and after me questioning who would be covering the costs of this. I called a 3rd time, questioning the same things, only to get time to book a taxi back to dunfermline if I couldn't get in contact with them over the phone. I live outside Livingston and this was jot possible. When I also noted that I'm working on Sunday (01.09) and judging by what the people on the phone were saying, should not be driving my car. When I asked if I could get a refund for the money spent on the alignment, I was advised to call back on Monday (those was Saturday) as despite being 'head office' they could answer none of my questions. When asked again about a refund, I was told that they could not guarantee that I could get one as 'it's your word against the garages'. I said I would take videos, get a report from another garage to say how poor the work was completed and contact trading standards if needed, the 3rd 'call handler' hung up after saying that 'there are other customers waiting on the line'. This is disgusting customer service and I would like a full refund. Avoid at all costs

DONT USE ATS MOBILE TYRE FITTERS I had four tyres replaced some weeks ago and the mobile fitter damaged all four wheels. I have sent photographic evidence to ATS but they have refused any compensation as their fitter claimed the wheels were damaged before he started his work. The fitter lied and the Company supported him. DO NOT USE MIKE

Folkestone branch. Purchased a tyre online, when arriving at the tyre centre was asked why I was there, said for a new tyre, got a reply of sorry mate we don't do tyres!!!! Explained that I'd booked and purchased online so the car was taken in. They fitted a different tyre to what was purchased so now have odd tyres on the front of my vehicle. They informed me that they think this would be ok. Have submitted a complaint and chased as no reply from anyone and still no reply.

Aircon regas at Bredbury site. Paid £129 to have this work carried out and after 4 weeks it's failed. Went back to ATS Bredbury and the manager wouldn't speak to us and they would not look at vehicle. Filled out online complaint and no-one replied in 2 weeks. Phoned customer service and was told it hadn't been assigned to anyone yet and would pass onto area manager. Next day received email saying not covered by any warranty. Phoned back and was told I could not speak to manager and that they would pass my number on but he probably wouldn't phone me. Appalling service by ATS and will never use them again.

Dreadful service at Hexham branch.Rung to order a new tyre as car had a puncture.Booked in for start of following day.When went in the very unhelpful staff member said if it wasn’t repairable they didn’t have the tyre in stock-this the same staff member I’d spoken to the previous day.Claimed they never ask what tyres a car has so they don’t waste time ordering them in if the existing tyre can be repaired.Went to Kwik Fit all done professionally.ATS-bunch of clowns with bad attitude.Avoid.

Had a 4 wheel alignment done. Found out afterwards that they do NOT adjust the Camber or Castor, just the Toe, Lookup the definition of a 4 wheel alignment anywhere and says all 3 are adjusted; that's what a 4 wheel alignment is. After paying for this inadequate service, I found the ATS site has *in SMALL print* that the Camber and Castor are not included. It's deceptive and disgraceful. Also pictures are only included of the front wheels before and after, not the rear. And what is worse is that when you try and call the ATS center, there is no way to get through to the center that did it, and messages have to be relayed through a Central ATS system that has incredibly long wait times.

Had a regas, was assured there was no leak WRONG! Went back wasbtold to drive it for a while, still no cold air, back again to be told ait must be the condenser, quoted £700 to replace! Bunch of cowboys with no idea of what they're doing! Took my car elsewhere, my condenser had a hole and was replaced. Complained to ATS - no chance of a refund but an offer of a free registration- never gonna happen. Will never use this company again and neither will my friends or family.

Saturday went to get a tyre as I had a puncture from pothole. I appreciate it was 4:30 but garage was empty. Guy on reception said they could fit me in Wednesday. No good really!! Popped to quick fit Sunday morning all sorted with new tyre less that an hour, friendly and great service. As a single women I will be going to them next time.

Mobile fitting requested through black circles … ATS didn’t attend first time slot, no communication … I had to call them , they just said he’ll be there tomorrow… I rang the next day as they didn’t contact me …. He did arrive, told met wheel locking but was threaded and therefore couldn’t do it …. No attempt nothing …. My neighbour is now doing it , he doesn’t seem to have a problem …. Rang ATS , they weren’t interested and directed my back to black circles … who will refund me the fitting !!!

Unfortunately will not buy tyres or family from ATS again in the future. As I bought tyres online paid in full then get a call a day later saying the prices were incorrect on website and won't honour price now saying it will take upto 7 days for refund, incredible that when paying for goods they take pay within seconds now stuck waiting for MY money to get different tyres.

Do not use this company for regassing auto Aircons By their own admission they are not experts, they do not check for leaks before regassing (Contrary to RAC recommendations) It cost me £109.99 via Groupon and one week later the first time I tried the system it just failed to give any cold air. On my return I was told they could do nothing about it. ATS couldn't tell me if I had a leak as apparently you have no way of checking. They referred me to another garage!! Money forfeited.

Went to ATS ALTRINCHAM TOHAVE MY WHEEL ALINGHNMENT REPAIRED. THHE MANAGER INSISTED I PAID FOR THE WHEEL ALINGHNMENT AND WOULD NOT LET ME TEST DRIVE MY CAR MYSELF. THERE WAS NO DIFFERENCE TO THE WHEELS, SO I ASKED FOR A REFUND. I WOULD NOT RECCOMND THIS GARAGE FOR ANY WORK ATALL.
