Do not use this company for regassing auto Aircons By their own admission they are not experts, they do not check for leaks before regassing (Contrary to RAC recommendations) It cost me £109.99 via Groupon and one week later the first time I tried the system it just failed to give any cold air. On my return I was told they could do nothing about it. ATS couldn't tell me if I had a leak as apparently you have no way of checking. They referred me to another garage!! Money forfeited.

Went to ATS ALTRINCHAM TOHAVE MY WHEEL ALINGHNMENT REPAIRED. THHE MANAGER INSISTED I PAID FOR THE WHEEL ALINGHNMENT AND WOULD NOT LET ME TEST DRIVE MY CAR MYSELF. THERE WAS NO DIFFERENCE TO THE WHEELS, SO I ASKED FOR A REFUND. I WOULD NOT RECCOMND THIS GARAGE FOR ANY WORK ATALL.

I booked ATS through Black Circles. The fitter snapped my pressure sensor and then said it was already damaged (fairly sure my car's fault log will prove it wasn't). SERIOUSLY, avoid this company.

I booked through Black Circles at ATS Euromaster in Weston Super Mare 19 March 2024. Appalling attitude and customer service at this location. I asked for tracking to be included in the price I paid to Black Circles. The staff at ATS said they didn't want to do the tracking as they accused me of constantly watching and filming them. The sentry mode was on but I was certainly not constantly filming them. If they were going to be offended or have hurt feelings because of this then they should ask the customer to switch off sentry mode? Also it does make you wonder what they are doing if they were concerned about an activity I could have done simply by watching the tyre fitter from the waiting room, from where it is possible to watch the staff at work. Really bad attitude and rude towards customers, I would not recommend ATS Euromaster to anyone.

Total incompetence booked 2 tyres and fitting , in person , 1 week in advance . Turned up left car then got a phone call to say they had forgotten to order them . Waste of journey and time .

On 15/11/23 I arranged online with the Aylesford branch for two new tyres to be fitted. A short while later I received a call from the manager to say that the tyres would be unavailable on the selected day. Not a problem and another day was arranged at 9.30. Reception on that day was frosty/ non-existent/ atrocious and they still hadn’t got the tyres. Astonishingly they hadn’t the courtesy to inform the client who wasted his time and money travelling to their site and back home. ATS failed to offer any alternative solutions whatsoever until prompted. They simply could not care any less. The fitting was eventually completed on a different day. I have many tyres fitted using a variety of suppliers and this was by far the worst customer experience I have ever had.

On the 10/10/23 I took my car to have 4 new tyres fitted at Chard branch . they rang me and said the car was ready but a rear wheel stud was sheared off. They just told me it was easy enough to repair, when I complained to customer services they replied on the 27/oct/23 and said they would contact chard Depot about it and eventually came back with the story it had been cross threaded both myself and my son have been in engineering a good number of years and disagreed and they haven't bothered to respond since, will not be using services again or recommend .THEY ARE RUBBISH.

After a puncture I ordered a replacement tyre of same brand waited a couple of days dropped the damaged wheel off and it was picked up by a family member with the wrong brand of tyre fitted branch answer was we don’t sell that make we fitted one similar price. Why advertise and let people pay for tyres that you don’t even sell and then fit another brand without even asking the customer. Filled out a complaint form couple of weeks ago and have never heard anything. Rubbish customer service!!!

Waited all day for ATS mobile fitter to come and didn't turn up He called at 520pm, hours after time slot expired and said he came and parked in a car park nowhere near my house, waited and left again! He then said ' ah well, the call centre will be in touch to reschedule' He obviously couldn't be bothered on Friday evening to fit them I waited all day for the 1230 to 4pm time slot Bought Blackcircles and these jokers are their mobile fitters Refund demanded Never again!

ATS Aylesford & poor response from head office. Failed the MOT on my parents motorhome for no reason. After a second opinion at another mot centre (NOT ATS), there was nothing found to be wrong and the vehicle passed without a single advisory. This garage took advantage of an older couple to try and extract more money from them. They also let them drive the vehicle off of the forecourt which was deemed as ‘dangerous, do not drive’ This experience caused them to cancel a holiday which has cost them money. When a complaint was sent to ATS head office, it took 9 days for ATS to acknowledge the complaint. Then 10 days later, no update given. This is being taken further with the relevant authorities.

Have been going to ATS for 15 years + and always found them really good. Went today with query puncture. Told tyre would need replacing as other damage - no problem. Then told price of £119 for tyre they had in stock - seemed huge amount for small car/ middle range tyre. However, told it was unusual size/ prices gone up etc. so went along with it. When I got home, checked online fitted price with ATS - £81.99!! Was amazed and contacted local centre and central customer service to ask why I was not given option to buy online given 50% price hike? Told that it was not their company's job to tell me the options/ up to me to research properly - centre manager was OK but "customer service" Tshani was pretty aggressive in putting this across! I appreciate that online price will be different, but surely not by 50% and not giving me options available feels unhelpful and underhand to put it mildly. Last time I use them and I suggest you specifically ask/ go online before buying from ATS.

ATS recharged my Air-Con in July 2022. I used it for the remainder of that summer. When I attempted to use it on the first warm day of 2023 it had reverted to the original poor operation. I contacted ATS who replied with this comment. "In relation to the air con regas service, a leak test and pressure test is conducted on all vehicles. During the test, if any faults regarding the air conditioning system are picked up the system will automatically stop the air con regas job. If no faults appear, the system will go ahead to the recharge the air con to the manufacturing standards. Having said this, in some cases if the vehicle has a small leak, the system may not be able to pick this up on and an air con regas will be carried out." So basically they test first but if there equipment does not pick up any fault which they admit can happen they will still re-charge. Also they offer no warranty. Everything appears to be in ATS favour leaving me out of pocket in having to have it recharged again. Awful service and awful Customer service.

Charged me 27% more for tyres than another specialist 10 miles away. Customer services ignored me twice. Given the pot hole situation this lot are completely out of order. Avoid or at least check another tyre supplier before you commit

The Cirencester Branch was always efficient, helpful and honest-but not anymore. The car was booked for a specific problem with one wheel and yet before you can say KwikFit the car was being enthusiastically dismantled. All four wheels were off and the demand that pads, discs, callipers and more with a vague quote about £450-£650+. I asked if they could fit a new crankshaft too! Anyway, went elsewhere and sorted, they can no longer be trusted-imagine an MOT….

Don’t be fooled by the seemingly good value that they offer. They will take your money quite happily despite not having the tyres in stock, or even know when they will be! Not good enough I’m afraid

Failed to supply tyres on appointed day. Knew nothing about e order. Still waiting on refund. Don't go there!

Waited in all day got a text to say 40 mins away at 12:30 never arrived. Messaged to say rescheduled for 8:30-1pm next day. When contacted at 4pm asked for 8:30 for tyres to be fitted, told cannot do that. The driver doesn’t start until 11am!!! So why give a time frame from 8:30, customer service is absolutely appalling. Avoid at all costs it’s true what other disappointed customers have said about them and their device.

Mot tester Bristol Feeder road a joke, minor defect on window screen he could not say crack or scratch on window screen ?, i could not see anything myself when i asked him to show me he could not see it? What a joke , Would not go there again or recommend.
