Took my motorhome for Mot at Rochdale. Failed it. Had the repairs done. Phone for retest, could only fit it in a week later on last day before I have to have a full mot done again. Failed it on a brake pipe I had fitted that just needed a wire tye on it. Would not put one on for me or let me do it there and then. I was moving the following day and they couldn't give a toss. Never again. I reported him to his head office and they didn't even get back to me.

Absolutely everything went wrong! Terrible customer service! Ordered tyres online, day before they were due to be fitted was phoned to say they didn't have what I had paid for & couldn't get for 6 WEEKS! I waited the 6 WEEKS! Turned up at garage some 20miles away left car with them, got phone call later saying they still didn't have my tyres in stock so left me high & dry with a now illegal tyre to drive home on! No real apology offered, hard to find out how to complain about service received but put complaint in to customer service department & didn't even get a response! WORST company ever! It is now my mission to warn others about what TERRIBLE SERVICE THIS COMPANY IS!

Avoid at all costs in my experience. What went wrong? I could write a thesis in this topic. 1. Nearly 1.5 hours with an appointment to change one tyre. 2. On several occasions, poor fitting resulting in dangerous leaks. 3. Steering wheel off centre following tracking 4. Avon tyres with innards showing resulting in M. O. T. failure after less than three years and under 10,000 miles. Etc. I could go on - and on!

Awful service, booked on line and paid for the fitting of two new tyres. The online booking system gave me a date 4 working days later so I dropped the vehicle off the night before to be told that the tyres hadn't arrived but they should be with them some time during the agreed fitting day (Thursday), Thursday afternoon I receive a phone call telling me the tyres wouldn't be in in until the Monday 11 days after the order was placed. I run my own business and not having access to the vehicle was costly. Think very carefully before using ATS

Don't book online for a Saturday tyre fitting at Hull!! I needed a weekend appointment (because I work all week) so I booked my car in for 2 new tyres paid online, got conformation and even a text message on the Friday before saying "Don't forget your appointment with ATS Euromaster tomorrow: Hull 2021-10-02 08:30" So Saturday came, I arrived at 8:15am but the shop was closed and the gates were locked. I waited until after 9am but there was no sign of anyone. I tried their telephone number but there was no answer. Now I an £150 out of pocket. ATS are simply criminal! My order number for ATS reference is: 4616534841317 explain that.

Don’t go there for MOT. They said your MOT is failed.after that they will make you pay a lot of cash. for nothing .The management they too clever to make their self rich.

In Wadebridge and have a puncture. ATS staff don’t have a tyre to fit my car ( Ford mondo) and could possibly repair it but not for a week !!! I am outside with a puncture and this is all they can do to help !!!! It’s a joke !

Beware of ATS Reading, I bought a groupon voucher for MOT as I am aware my car is pretty good condition as I bought the car just only few months back from Nissan dealer. As they couldn’t detect anything they said headlamp aim too low and failed MOT and hurried me and didn’t even give a minute to think as I have no option I agreed to pay money they asked for as they know the rule of MOT fails you cannot drive the car even till other garage and they are exploiting this. Still I am not sure why headlamp aim too low is Major. After I agreed to pay you cannot imagine literally in less than 1 minute MOT passed and they parked my car outside. can I report such incidence to some department? Moreover the staff is so rude!! I haven’t such behaviour anywhere in UK till now

Beware ATS Hafod Swansea Bought a groupon voucher for air conditioning recharge and booked it into Neath road swansea branch ATS. On arrival found the mechanic odd and difficult to talk to. I think he had already made up his mind about my job. I have an old cheap car and was getting the air con gassed on the cheap through groupon so he just wasn’t interested. Asked me loads of questions about the air con etc. So he took the car in and it was in the garage 3-4 minutes. Car came back out and he came back into the desk, slid my keys across the desk and says it’s knackered mate, big hole in it, gas went straight out the other side! I said can you fix it, he said no. So I left. I didn’t believe him so I booked it into the other ATS in Swansea which is in Gorseinon. I went in the guy on the desk said morning sir how can I help! What a difference already! I said I’m booked in for aircon regas. He read my number plate off his screen and I said that’s it. He said it can take up to an hour, are you wait sir. I said yes please. So he took the car in, about 20mins later he came to see me, all looking good he said it’s holding pressure fine, just waiting for the green light when it finishes and your away! I couldn’t believe it! He came back 10mins later and said all good it’s blowing ice cold for you. I’ve checked the tyre pressures for you too as the drivers front looked a little low. It wasn’t much but it needed a top up. They are all fine. Nice little car that he said. I was so happy but also angry because the other ATS just wrote it off. Steer clear of Neath Road ATS! I’ve used my air con for days now and it’s fantastic. 🙂

Had a tyre slow puncture near to the ats in Burnley and was unable to remove wheel nuts, so pulled in to ats and asked if they could put new tyre on was told to book appointment they day after!!! When I said it's almost flat and I can't take off as wheel nuts stuck, I then asked if they could just remove the nuts with there equipment was again told to book an appointment following day!! I offered to pay and said it should only take 2-3 min max and again guy said it would take 10min and they were busy again said to book an appointment , looking around there was no other cars in or outside garage , I looked at him in disbelief , thanked him sarcastically and left, absolute shocking on all levels , manage to get in to another tyre place close by who were excellent and extremely helpful , will never in my life use or recommend this company again, would be no star rating if able but have to leave a 1 star....avoid

I Phone ATS treforest Pontypridd spoke to a complete clown Matthew pring oh dear me i just wanted a tyre repair . he says just walk in no appointment needed So I drive 20 miles walk in explain i need a puncture repair rude dude says not today your not I'm to busy. Ok I say well I rang earlier spoke to someone they said just turn up, yeah he says it was me but now I'm to busy and on my own it will be tomorrow. There are no customers or staff in the branch. I explain that I have just driven 20 miles and if he told me on the phone I wouldn't have bothered I must admit I am upset at this point it's fair to say. He says you can wait if you want you might be here to 1700 though it was 1330 So I ring head office via fleet they tell me they will ring the branch which she did I hear the phone ringing then oh she cuts me off so I think ok she probably ring me back cause it's the 21 century and surely she can find out my number right So I overhear the conversation he says yeah that's right well I'm on my own well I will if I can fit it in yes well potentially it could be 1700 conversation finishes. I ask what is happening his response is it is what it is. I tell him I'm not happy with his customer service he tells me that I was p****** him off now. So I ask why because i wanted him to serve me i ask how I can complain at which point he becomes aggressive scribbled his name down and flung it at me saying good luck getting your tyres done cause you won't be getting them done now and he wasn't the one with the problem with his tyres. What an ambassador for ATS this chap is well done to ATS upsetting a customer before they even become a customer oh and you guessed it no reply from girl in head office what a shambbles right or Is it just me.

ATS Reading Branch I had paid for £55.83 for 4 wheel alignment service as part of the Black circle order. I was given no evidence of doing it. No printout No Digital copy or screen show. Printer not working. My car stood in one place for whole of the time. When asked, they saying they used laser alignment where it was standing. In the past every service center has given me a report. Hence i feel they are lying that things have been done. I do not recommending using this service with them

ATS St James Street York , Rip off Merchants , Previous mot no problem passed without any issue , next mot after traveling 5000 , serious issue with the ball joint needed replacement apparently £185.00 . The ATS staff created problems to take money under false pretenses , previously had four Tyres new fitted a slow puncture within a month returned to ATS York informed the puncture caused by a nail completely fabricated no nail visible , the Tyre was not fitted correctly charged £30 for their incompetence .

Staff at the Twickenham ATS were great. I was dismayed, however, to discover that I had paid £492 for my car to be fitted with "new" tyres that were actually more than 2.5 years old. Seeing that the industry advice is to change tyres that are older than 6, or 8 years old, this 2.5year age represents a significant proportion of the tyre's lifespan. I complained to customer services who said that this was not abnormal and that they will fit tyres up to five years old. After this the tyres are sent back to the manufacturer. I have never had tyres fitted to any of my vehicles that were this old before, and I will not risk going back to ATS again.

Avoid like the plauge Caused damage to my vehicle by jacking incorrectly and won't admit liability. Didn't tell me a jacking pad was missing and went ahead anyway then came to tell me I had non existent uneven tyre wear. I believe its ATSs policy to tell customers there are faults when there aren't USE LOCAL INDEPENDENT TYRE PLACES, you won't regret it

Please be aware after spending over £1000 on services and mot's in 3 years ATS has decided to remove my TPMS *tyre pressure monitor sensors* to change the tyres which didn't need to be changed and replaced the valves with cheap valves causing my vehicle to be constantly showing warning lights on my dashboard after complaining they have denied all liability and fob me off i now have buy 4x tyre pressure sensors fitted costing over 4x £50 each and that's not including fitted or programmed to the vehicle DISGUSTING!.

I booked my car for an MOT. I turned up and I was told there as an issue so this would not be possible; that was fine. The man talking to me was very nasty and told me I needed to learn to pick up my phone and I would have known... unfortunately I never received a phone call. I was told I would be informed by a phone call in the next few days about when I could book in; I rang back 10 days later as no one contacted me. I was told my car was fine after the MOT. I got it back and my passenger door handle hinge had been snapped. I rang up and I was told my a lady that the garage said I was a liar. They never touched my door handles; this had to happen because otherwise my bonnet couldn’t open. One of my family members rang back for me as no one would help me. I was told to bring my car back; the respond I got was... “yeah looks broken I’m sorry and angry I’ll speak to the guys that did the MOT, can you order them off the internet”.... I was offered no help. And have to replace the damage done in your care myself. After going here for years and having all 5 cars serviced and MOT’d with you guys. I don’t think I will ever return again. Extremely unhappy. (ATS Congleton)
