Reviewing based on interview experience. If an applicant takes the time to attend an interview, the least the company could do would be to send a follow up email. Will not be buying again based on this lack of basic human decency.

Ordered a jacket a week ago have contacted the company and they have said they are trying to get information on the order that was 3 days ago I have still heard nothing back Terrible customer service

Hi Joe, I am very sorry that in this instance we let you down with the communication on the order. Our customer service team were working hard for the boutique to ship the jacket out promptly but in this instance were not getting the speed of reply we usually insist on. We have made it clear to them that going forward orders must be shipped within 24 hours of order receipt. I am very sorry again that in this instance we let you down.

I have bought a pair of trainers and received a pair of boots...i gave them back but i am still waiting for my trainers...no mail no advice

I ordered an item during the black friday sales and it never arrived. I paid for it and then got an email telling me it was out of stock.

They shipped my order after 2 weeks or more and were not responsive at all when I emailed them. They answered me after a week I sent the email. Not sure if I was going to receive the item ordered or not, then suddenly after 2 or more weeks one day I received an email advising me that the item was shipped. Very poor experience

My order is 200000543. I asked for a change because of the wrong shipping destination. But there was no feedback. I didn't receive the tracking number. I still don't know where my things are. I look forward to hearing from you this time.

I ordered a dress and trainers. The dress was dispatched right away, but no info about the trainers, so I wrote them first time. Few days later they dispatched the trainers, but as they did not communicate, I ordered the trainers from another shop and wrote to them second time, that I do not want the trainers no more. As there was still no reply, a week after my first letter I wrote third time to ask my money back. And now nearly 2 weeks they still have not answered me! Absolutely outrageous customer service! Regret the ordering!

Parcel got stuck at DHL UK and they took a very long time to reply and act on this matter. Shipping is via DHL Express. Very slow replies in emails. Until now my parcel is still stuck in UK waiting for some paperwork from them needed for clearance event. I wonder when I will receive my parcel. Very dissapointed with their service.

A refreshing selection of eclectic gems at reasonable prices. What a pity the customer service is so utterly diabolical. No tracking number of the item paid for and allegedly "shipped", no sign of it over a week later, no response to four emails, and no telephone number to find out what's going on. I'll never shop here again.

I Was sent the wrong item. Staff refused to send out the correct item until I had sent a picture of the item I had received. This meant I would not receive the replacement in time. The colours on the website aren’t true representations of the clothes (admitted by your own staff). Same items are listed at different prices. The lack of phone number meant trying to resolve the issue was time consuming and stressful.

Two weeks in and still waiting for my parcel to arrive. The package was sent off with the wrong paperwork so it got stuck in the UK for a couple days. Then it arrived in Canada without a commercial invoice so several days more waiting for them to clear up that issue. Then the package finally arrives at my door but they neglected to fill out the form correctly so I was presented with a duties and taxes bill that was about half the cost of the dress. So now I have spent the better part of a week talking with DHL (and emailing Atterley several times a day) trying to sort out the issue. Literally the worst online buying experience I have ever had. With my luck it will be the wrong dress when it finally does get here :(

I tired to make a purchase but it wouldn't go through. It said it had cleared but no payment has been taken. Then the items were out of stock, then back again and finally, when I tried to buy a pair of shoes the item went out of stock at the point of payment. Confusing. Not sure if there's a bug in the website that's causing issues on check out, but it was a bit strange. To be clear, I haven't made a payment, despite your email asking for feedback suggesting I had.
