"DON'T LOSE YOUR MONEY ... DON'T GO THERE !!!\r\nThey don't respect most of the car rentals conditions. So once you pay on their website, then you won't be able to pick up the car from the car rental company. Of course they don't take any responsibility then.\r\nYou lose your money, your time, your energy and and you still have no car.\r\nI had the bad experience twice, as you can see in pictures... NO MORE !\r\n\r\nTheir customer service is even worse. Maria from the reservation team is an awful adviser as she will make you get into even more troubles.\r\n\r\nDon't do the same mistake, get away from them."

"This company is a fraud ! \nYou book online through their website and they let you buy an insurance with no excesses, which is quite pricey.\nOnce booked and you arrive at the terminal to get your car the agency tells you nothing is covered except for the body and even in that case vandalisms or another other cause that is not an accident with a clear guilty is exempted. \nYou are then forced to pay 30 euro \/ day more which is doubling your rent.\n\nThey say in the contract it's mentioned and the funny thing is that it says everything is included and then the opposite in a very little clause available only if you download a PDF of 14 pages.\n\nWhen you call them before booking obviously they don't answer and they give you no help afterwards.\n\nI am planning to open a procedure against them for lack of transparency towards the cunsumers. \n\nI highly discourage to go through them for your reservation"
