“Straightforward and easy to renew the policy by phone. Efficient, polite and helpful service from Sarah. I also used the recovery service for 2 callouts. 1st call-out was ok, 2nd call-out was meant to be a 2 hour wait but the mechanic turned up 50 minutes later than that. Bottom line though is its a great service for the price.”

“I do think that when tsking payment over the phone your customer advice perdonnel should confirm the amount being taken without being asked. she seemed taken sbsck when i ssked her to confirm the smount and rsng off really quickly”

“I tried to renew my policy online but it kept not recognising my policy number so I rang up, spoke with Jordan who found the problem to be for some bizarre reason my car was down twice on the same policy. Consequently he had to raise a new policy, the whole matter was dealt with very professionally and proficiently by Jordan.”
