“Membership renewal website did not work. Alternative renewal telephone number was not answered. Eventually got through to Autonational on another telephone number and the person was very helpful, efficient and friendly. A pity about the earlier contact problems which does give one some concern.”

“Very good level of breakdown cover for a reasonable price. Have been a customer for a few years now. On the few occasions I've needed to call for breakdown service, the call out wait time is probably a bit above average, but overall I consider the "total uk" package offered good value. Renewal is online or telephone. Telephone was answered quickly and call dealt with efficiently.”
