I was able to renew my breakdown cover when I got through to Amy on your general number, having got no answer on the designated payment 'phone line and previously having been unable to renew on line, as the premium shown differed from that on my renewal papers. However, as long as long as I can receive my renewal documents by post and you respond quickly in any unfortunate breakdown event I shall be happy!

It would have been good if the on-line renewal worked, it was repeatedly, 'Oops something is wrong with our system'. The phone renewal was fine & relatively painless, except for attempting to upsell me something already on my policy. I didn't have to wait to speak with someone, & there was no multitude of menu options to navigate nor was there any voice recognition that doesn't understand a Scottish accent, so not bad considering. The human I spoke to understood me, so we conversed easily too.

I've renewed a number of times with Autonational and so far the service has been excellent. I would have awarded five stars were it not for level of communication with the sales staff when renewing the policy. The staff tend to come across as bored and disinterested. Everything is perfunctuary, no sense of making you feel welcome or acknowledging that you've chosen Autonational as a service above others. A bit more warmth and attention towards returning and would be customers would be appreciated.Thanks!

SURPRISED TO FIND THAT IT WAS £5 MORE EXPENSIVE IF RENEWING ONLINE HENCE RENEWED VIA TELEPHONE ALSO THE TELEPHONE LINE WAS TERRIBLE NO ISSUES
