Even 1 star is too much! I have been waiting for a replacement windscreen for 4 months now! I have been promised 3 dates,the first I actually got up at 6 to get to my time slot at 9-30,as I was told that if I was late,I would miss my slot! Had a terrible journey in,only to be told that my glass hadn't come in yet! I had an appointment for October 15th,only to be told less than a day before that there was no glass,then told my glass would be in for November 29th! STILL WAITING!!! THE COMPANY IS A JOKE! They just do not care about the customer,obviously they are in with so many insurers,they don't give a damn!!!

Avoid this terrible company if at all possible. I have had to wait 2 weeks for this disaster of a company to pull their finger out and do a small chip in my screen, I can only believe that it is the office/admin staff that have no concept of time. First, I have been forced to use this useless company by my insurance. The insurance company (I assume) are getting a greasy palm from Auto Windscreens, or are the cheap and nasty company of the industry. The member of staff that turned up to do the repair was on time and efficient. I have no complaints regarding this. However, the staff at the central office couldn't organise a drinking competition in a brewery. I have now had to contact the central office 4 times. None of the staff I have had the misfortune to deal with showed any knowledge or idea that they knew what was going on. I was passed around the phone system, cut off and generally shown how poorly this inept company is run. Finally, I spoke to a manager. I can now see that they are hiring even worse mangers than phone operators. He stated that a 2-week wait is normal. So how is it that Auto Glass can do the same repair in 24 hours? I have tested this by calling their operations centre. Speaking to the tech' that carried out the repair, he said that the office can't schedule to save their lives. On average the travel time per day is 4 hours. There is no wonder the tech's are unable to offer a reliable service. To make matters worse, you can see the repair. But what else did I expect for such a poor company. Rubbish. I have lodged a complaint with auto windscreens, let's see if the office staff can deal with this in a timely manner or if the industry ombudsman will be needed. I'm not holding my breath.

The worst company I have ever had contact with. They inform you last minute that no technician available so they re-arrange your appointment. It happened already twice for one appointment, last time when car was only 2 days before MOT. In general 3 weeks with no windscreen replacement.. Return money back after appointment cancellation takes up to 12 days. I do not recommend for anyone to waist the time for such unprofessional and poor service.

Auto windscreens cancelled my appointment as "they could not contact me" despite sending 2 emails. I have spent at least 1 hour on the phone. There we no one to take responsibility, no supervisor or manager willing to speak to me I was just told we will have to re book the appointment. Not the first time this has happened.

Paid extra for wipers and the wrong ones were fitted they were coming off as I was driving

They will give you a 2 hour time slot the day prior then if you ring and ask a time they’ll give you an exact time they’ll be there and still turn up late, passed both the exact time slot and the 2 hour time slot. You can then file a complaint which all they do is ring you 4 days later and apologise. I lost out on £60 due to them failing to turn up when specified due to my child missing nursery. Customer service is awful Would not recommend

Trim on the driver's side of my windscreen bon the outside was left sticking out a lot after I had a new windscreen fitted. I phoned up and they sent out another technician to try and rectify the problem who tried to force the trim back into place leaving it bent out of shape. They are now refusing to fix this issue based on the inspection videos which do not show the affected area in any detail, and the post job video either intentionally or coincidentally pans over it very quickly. I have sent images that actually show the damage to them but they will not accept responsibility.

They came to my address to replace a rear side glass to my skoda octavia put the wrong colour glass in and damaged the trim that goes round the window, and now they aren't interested in sorting the problem or the damage, they won't even contact me back ,, very disappointed awful company to deal with

Autoglass rips off Private customers Autoglass quoted £1827.88 to replaced our broken rear window, we received 3 other quotes, including one from the car manufacturer. These other quotes were in the range of £700-800. I complained about this price differential and was told that the £1827.88 is the price for private customers and that my insurance company would be paying significantly less.

Absolutely a shocking experience. Had me wait in for 2 different days and they still turned up with wro g things. That was 3 weeks gone. They then wanted me to wait another 3 weeks min more at least with no promises. Bad bad bad.

Worst experience ever with a company, BMW, damaged paintwork both pillars and door mirror, trim snapped and left on drive, promised to call after speaking to manager and no call back, I am travelling 150 miles back and forwards to their depot to get this resolved and they have just informed me they expect me to pay for the petrol so they can sort out their mess, disgusting, operative poorly trained and totally inept in his job, every part of the car he touched he left damaged, screen rubber actually blows in the wing, sounds like their are windows open, insist on having a different company replace your screen and avoid the aggro, I am contacting city advice so they can be reported to trading standards, they should not be allowed to trade and negligently destroy people's cars.

Cowboys do not use. New screen fitted by trainee. Broke other parts. Then took 5 attempts to fix and found out they used scrap yard parts. 1 journey. Car then gets crack from smallest stone chip in the world and wont accept any liability that trainee might have damaged screen also.

The crack on my windscreen is just as bad as it was before, it has made no improvement whatsoever! Absolutely useless, dont worry I can provide evidence I am genuine!

fitted my windscreen but it leaked, came out to fix it then would take no responsibility for the damage, Car stinks, carpets are all messed up and then add the refitted screen they supplied new now has no warranty as they have now fitted what is now a used screen!!!!

Had the screen changed. New wipers at extra cost. Rain sensor no longer works.Screen developed a pressure crack after 6 days. They say it was a stone chip. You can SEE a bend in the screen. Refused to change screen without more payment. Would have been cheaper for Me to get the screen fitted by a professional. Now have legally unusable car with broken screen,lousy wipers and no rain sensor. Will I go back to them? Only with an accredited engineer and a lawyer. Disgraceful service.
