Wouldnt recomend this company to no one. Windscreen fitted through insurance. Have given card details twice to pay excess and being told i was lieing and making it up trying to get away with paying the first time. Screen was fitted so quickly mountings were not put back in properly. Yes vehicle is a road works vehicle so was dirty at time but to leave grubby tape marks and glove marks. Not acceptable. The way customer service talk about their customers to engineers/ installers without realising the customer is in the back ground is not on either. Very poor run

we were a bit confused as to the wait time for repair .but if this is the trend ie so many repairs at the same time ,then that i suppose has to be accepted.the rep was very good at his role. welldone

total of 6 failed appointments and incorrectly fitted screen. Offered a saturday appointment so im not loosing more money and turn up on a friday when im not in!!! Very frustrating company!!

From moment I rang company to arrange repair of windscreen , I have nothing but praise for company. Lady was very efficient on phone. I had several texts messages to confirm appointment date and time. Gentleman who arrived was very polite and clean. The windscreen needed replacing which gentleman had with him. This job was undertaken in partly rain .There was no mess left in or around my car. Thank you for your prompt service. Jan 13. Marilyn Smith.

Slough branch needs to improve customer service as this will affect your company in future,as us customers go as where. I hope this issue gets addressed .

Auto Windscreens service was exemplary. SMS texts 24 hours before and on morning of the work being done and estimated time of arrival. Polite and efficient service engineer...no nonesense, no hassle, job done! Thanks.

Auto windscreens had not ordered all of the parts. My understanding was that they never order an many rubbers as they should do because they usually get some left over from other jobs and it saves them money. However, I have a rarer car (Toyota IQ) and the gentleman that came to replace my windscreen could not do the job because he the right parts had not been ordered. He was absolutely fantastic (wish I could remember his name!) and phoned many of his colleagues before finding the part he needed, driving 40mins to fetch it and finishing the job on the day it was booked. Poor service from auto windscreens who text me the wrong date and time initially so I had to re-schedule... again! AND didn't order all the parts id paid for. Fantastic fitting staff who saved the day and made it a more positive experience.

Communications from initial contact right through to completion of the task was excellent, the windscreen replacement went smoothly and the fitter did an excellent job. I am very pleased indeed.

No complaints with service. Fitter arrived within allotted time, & was in fact able to repair the chip without the need for a new windscreen (as expected). Done in 20 mins without fuss or trouble. Thank-you.
