Take responsibility for what your technicians do to people cars. Shame on you. Your technician broke my lock with hammer and broke plastic covers on my lift-gate but you say you are not liable to fix it or replace the broken parts. Awful service

Cowboy company, Paid my excess of £75 and after waiting 7 days, I took a day of work only to be called on the day that the replacement windscreen was 'damaged ‘and that I had to wait another 5 days for a fitting. I requested a refund and an alternate company replaced my windscreen in 4 hours.

Worst experience of a windscreen company I have ever had Left my van untidy and scratched my roof during the fitting windscreen

Dented my roof, scratched the door, then the fitter insulted me after I pointed it out. Disgusting attitude and no customer service

I need to take a day of from work, they sent me a time slot from 12:50 to 14:50 and 30 minutes before that they cancel my appointment and now i don't have a new windscreen and i lose money form work!!!! If you have a chance avoid that company!!!!

Waste of time. Called me after a week of booking and told me that they dont have the glass on their stock and tried to convince me to book for 5 days later. Very disappointing.

These guys have to be the worst company in history and how they are still trading God knows! this is my timeline of events at DAY 39 after i received another call this morning to say that the glass had arrived but was not in a fit state to tbe fitted and it would be order direct from Audi this time, this is the third time i was told this and they now expect me to wait up to another 7 days for it to arrive!!! The timeline of events are as follows and at the time of sending this email has still not been rectified! DAY 39 1. 12/04/2019 Initial phone call and appointment with £60 fee paid and confirmation that appointment had to be carried out at your Crayford facilities, appointment confirmed as 18/04/2019 @ 09:30 re-arranged by me as time given was different as time initially stated. 2. 25/04/2019 New appointment confirmed as the 26/04/2019 @ 11:15 call received 26/04/2019 @ 08:47 that the glass had not arrived. 3. 01/05/2019 New appointment confirmed as the 02/05/2019 @ 09:00 first text received @ 08:30 saying supplier has failed to deliver the glass and contacting dealership to obtain. By this time I was already on-route and arrived at the Crayford site, I spoke with the technician and he explained the glass had not arrived and was trying to contact me to save a journey. call received 02/05/2019 @10:05 that the glass has still not arrived and a new supplier would be sourced asap! From Audi I was informed with a extensive lead time. I reminded the caller for the third time that my car was due an MOT and required the glass to pass, by this time Matt was involved and assured me that they would source the glass. 4. 02/05/2019 Received text car booked in for the 10/05/2019 booking between 12:39 – 14:39 as they had now agreed to carry out the replacement at my place of work, ten minutes after receiving the text I receive a call to say that the glass had NOT arrived and a new booking was made for the 13/05/2019. 5. 12/05/2019 received text confirmation booking for 13/05/2019 between 08:04 – 10:04 received phone call 13/05/2019 @ 08:44 that the glass was still not available. This led to a ten minute conversation about sourcing the correct glass and when it would be available Matt said they would have to source it direct from Audi but I was told this was been done two weeks ago!! At this point the car does not have a valid MOT and three cancelled appointments to have this done I am now left with a car that I can NOT DRIVE having to catch a train from New Cross Gate to HOVE at a cost of £49.50 everyday so far I have spent £150 travelling to work with no idea how much longer this is going to continue. So the update on this whole drama is that i received another call this morning 21/05/2019 that the glass delivered in not fit for use, funny that they told me about the one they did have delivered before, same piece of glass?? sounds like!!! and they will order it from Audi (third time i've heard this!!!!) and would i like to book my car in for NEXT WEEK!!!!!!!!! so a possible 45 days waiting for this to be rectified. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE PITS!!!!!!!!!

I had an appointment to change my windscreen at 12 got seen 45mins later came bck after an hour to pick my viechal up still not ready got told 5mins went back after 10mins he then says it’s not even been 2mins then I asked him again how much longer it will be because this appointment has been ridiculous he then told me he can’t give a time now an told me to wait as long as it take! Absolutely a joke never coming here again!

Technician came out to replace a side window advised part was required placed job on HOLD i then ordered the part as instructed, second technician arrives advising will not fit the part only, having spoken to customer services just as worse not will to refund part advised by there technician ! will advise people to make sure they have something in writing if stated by the technician from Auto Windscreens !!

It seems to me in my opinion that they lie to get the money by giving you an appointment they cannot fill only to let you down. Arranged an appointment for Friday so paid them well over the odds (compared to local companies) to have the windscreen replaced. Shortly after i receive a call explaining that they cannot fit me in. Lucky for me they had an engineer that could fit me in the following day so i explained that that's fine BUT only if it was before 1 pm as I had to be out. Fine, they said. Its 13.14, i am now running late, no sign of an engineer and I'm told the engineer will be here later!!!! USELESS!!!!!!! I am going to post my experience to everybody i can, sadly for you i am in the motor trade and you WILL be losing business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called on Saturday and their system dropped the call after their pre-recorded message. I eventually got through and asked the agent what was wrong with their System, "WRONG MOVE" I was abused, insulted, called names and hung up on by some guy that I can only assume was sill drunk off the Friday evening, I complained and from then on it has been a NIGHTMARE, avoid at all cost if you value your Sanity

Taking 3 months to get a fitter to my house, lousy service, but I evidently have no choice as they have an agreement with my insurer. So will have yo review my insurer as it reflects on them. they seem to get a lot of 'sick' fitters.

Ripping customers off. They are a broker not a direct service. Go with a direct service to save yourself a fortune. I paid 100£ for a windscreen chip repair, when the companies direct are charging £25. Their invoice also said it was a replacement window which was incorrect, and when I called to enquire about this and possibly a charge mistake, the guy on the phone was aggressive and defensive. He aggressively told me its my fault, I was given a quote and accepted it. He is indeed right, buyer beware. But little did I know I was accepting to be ripped off. These cowboys should be regulated better. I'm going to report this to the regulatory body. This is daylight robbery.....very unhappy at the lack of care and customer promise.

Only left 1 star as can't chose no stars! Have been trying to get windscreen replaced since April, it's now June and they've cancelled twice due to "fitters calling in sick". Apparently by local centre has x 5 fitters off sick today! Will now be end of June. Might be quicker if you don't work and can make an appointment that suits them but god help you if you have a job / life and can't make a time they can do, & even when you make the effort they don't turn up & often don't even let you know! Not sure how they stay in business other than there's not much competition!

Home screen renewal booked, new one arrived cracked. Second home appointment made for 5th June and then cancelled by Auot Windscreens today. My screen is badly cracked, but Auto Windscreens customer services not willing to be flexible/helpful. I have no other days available apart from the 5th June, so am now having to go to Milton Keynes Branch to have new sreen fitted. Poor service!

Crayford branch Appointment help desk What unorganised and tried to contact them the whole day eventually after 15 mins someone pickup the call , i called them twice a day before to confirm times and 2 nd call to make payment they mentioned twice when I called the appointment is at 9am , I turned up and they mention 10am and will take over 2 hrs what a joke after they mentioned it would take 90mins I would give a zero star but the 1 star is for the windscreen fitter for his politeness

If i could rate at no stars i would , screen smashed on Thursday 5th april , phoned to try to book replacement after 20mins on phone was told someone would ring back within 1 hr. A further 1 hr 20 mins elapsed without a call from Auto windscreens , so i decided to phone them , after approx 10 mins the phoned was answered the lady told me that they were extremely busy and that's why no one had called back , so then transfered to Nottingham region, the phone just rang and rang , i hung up and rung them again only to be told that i that they had closed at 5.30, so couldn't book an appointment. The next day i asked a friend to book on line for me, which he did the only option was on Tuesday so i booked the 3pm to 8pm slot, When i received the confirmation it was for Tesday 17th April !!! i couldn't believe it. I decided to try and contact them on Saturday afternoon i spoke to a representitive and explained that the vehicle was unusable so he contacted someone whom told him that they would sub contract the job out for sometime this week , someone would contact me Monday to arrange, ( I Thought thats good getting Somewhere ) Had a missed call today , message left said that they had no cancellations and the original booking would stand. This Company mislead and lie to customers , why do insurance companies use them ? will be contacting my insurer tomorrow to change to another company to carry out the work. Just one more thing " Hope you go bankrupt again " you'll be doing a lot people a favor Will update tomorrow

Took 4 days to get booked in, turned up to be told they had got the wrong windscreen so wasted 3 hours of my time plus fuel, told them the vehicle was booked for a mot on Wensday they turned u late so I missed the mot and had to pay for it, they couldn't fit the windscreen cos they didn't have the right equipment to do it. Now their telling me it will be next Tuesday before they can do it. They have not rang me back once, still have not had Tuesday confirmed jet.

Terrible company who insist that their fitters carry out 5 jobs a day regardless of location and weather. Technician fitted a screen in my car and it wasn't bonded properly causing a leak into my car above my head. Promised they would be out with a new screen and replace the poor job but turn up just examine the previous job and say they will have to take the screen back out. Over 30 years in the motor trade I can honestly say its the poorest example of workmanship and customer service I have ever experienced. Insurance companies take note this company is terrible.
