The technician came 12/02/18 Monday at 4.23pm. He tried to fix my car driver side small vent window. While he was fixing he damaged my window channel. He split the window channel plastic. He left gap with plastic trim. As well he damaged my driver side car door lock. It doesn’t lock anymore. But at the same time my other 3 door is locking. I told him and showed him what damage he did. He was angry with me as well he bullied me. He called me Idiot. Now I left my car is unlocked. But my car was locked before he tried to fix my car window. Another Technician came 14/02/2018 Wednesday to inspect the damage of the car He found the previous technician broke my door lock and split the window channel plastic. He took photograph for all the damage. As well he told me he will order the parts for window channel and door lock. He will sort this matter within 2 days. Every time I called this company they told me we escalate your call, our customer care team will call you and discuss this matter. But until now I didn’t hear from customer care team. Please think twice before you take their service.

Disgusting company! A lot of staff lie and are allowed to get away with it! Caused damage to my car as the protective covers they state they use in their advertising weren’t used and caused damage to my paintwork at the moment they are trying to dispute that they are responsible for this damage!! They also used a naked flame inside my car on the windscreen!! Shocking!! Keep well clear!!!! Would recommend using auto glass instead!!

Crooks - took payment in advance by credit card then sent a text saying it would be another £40+ Told them to stuff it and went to PREMIER WINDSCREENS you should do the same

Appointment booked then they rang two days later to say they had to cancel that appointment and would ring sometime that day to let me know when they could do it never again would I use them phoned auto glass appointment sorted in five minutes

Had my van window broken.@ 15.43 Contacted AutoWindscreen customer service to book in for repair. Being told that someone will get back to me asap. NO CALL!! So called again @ 19.35 ,they told me someone will get in touch with you shortly. Received a text message @ 22.09 asking to call back. So I did , but was informed that apparently they tried to contact me at 16.10. After complaining they offered me to drive to coventry from Birmingham next day ,in an unsafe Van or wait for another 3 days. Conclusion: 1.I have provided TWO mobile numbers in order to prevent any miss calls/text. 2.When I called at 19.35 they're was no mention of a their phone call (made @16.10). 3. I could no go to work as a result since my vehicle is not secure which means lost of earning . SHOCKING!! I had been told that they had a very good reputation and that they value their customers. However, I have been disappointed in this. Company’s reputations depend on giving a good and decent service.

Was at work waiting for them to turn up. They said they did but for some reason didn't enter either office to get me. Plus not one person down the lane had seen them. Then they charged me a £35 cancelation fee. While I was waiting I kept checking the tracking feature,that kept telling me that they where fifty minutes away. So completly useless.

I have now called them 7 times, were they promised to call me back with a fitting date for the glass in my car and I have not had one call back. I have not had use of my car for 9 days at the moment with no end in sight.

A very greedy company charged me for cancelling an appointment in the morning, the fitter was not due out until 1500 - 1700 a total rip off, please find an alternative or be very careful before you book as they are ready to take your money no matter if they do the job or not !!

Broke the outside clip on my car that goes over the windscreen. It's loose now and not flush. Wouldn't mind but my car is only 2 years old. Shards of broken glass everywhere all over my new cars dash and in probably in the heaters! I cut both my thumb and finger on some of glass when trying to clean up after them. Will never get insurance with a company that use these cowboys ever again

Do not use Milton Keynes! The man took my wipers of but failed to put the bolts back on. So they was not working but they were working before. When he fitted windscreen he said all sorted but failed to tell me the wipers were not working. Failed to let me no there was glass in the heaters could have been very dangerous didn’t even to a basic wipe down!

absolutely disgusting, steer clear of this company, the same company that went bankrupt a few years ago owed the government millions then set back up in different name, if this is how you treat your customers you,ll be bankrupt again soon

Why do insurers use them? Absolutely incompetent. AVOID THEM . They called me on the day, less than 2 hours before the job was due to cancel it, the technician was off sick. Rebooked it for 5 days later, to be done between 16.30 - 18.30 pm. The technician turned up at 8pm. It was already dark. changed the windscreen and cracked it. And he told me he did not have the correct trims. Called the customer service the following day to be told I did not give them the correct information for them to order the windscreen. Therefore I realised they fitted the wrong windscreen. Which they admitted later. I have requested a refund for the excess, they say it will take 15 days. I am now taking ma car to my dealership. I will not let them go anywhere near my car.

Auto windscreen did not complete the job to a high standard. They ripped the side trims on both sides of the windscreen from the inside. The trims were not removed correctly leaving a tear that was visible from the inside. They also changed the booking time when it was scheduled to go ahead. When the complaint was made, they offered to replace the trimmings free of charge. This will be the third week I have had to wait to get the job done.

Windscreen smashed. Phoned and arranged appointment for following day. No sign of fitter. Call them and get told it will acually be 5 days before they get to me. "24hr, 7 days" should be fined under misrepresentation. Having paid excess already I couldn't go elsewhere. Not impressed.

Had an appointment for between 10.30-12.30 he turned up at 9.15 when I was on the school run advised him I would make my way home and I did to receive a txt advising me he has left!!! I have taken the day off work in order to have this done and when I called the contact centre to complain I was met with an attitude of I couldn't care less! So thank you very much for wasting my time!

Window replaced on Friday (4pm) due to being vandalised at the vets and it had shattered again by Saturday (10am). Company refused any idea that it could be their responsibility despite the fact that prior to this the window had been fine for 8 years. Having to pay excess again!
