Wrong glass ordered for a start! Then when they finally did the job a clip came out of the widow as I put it up causing the window to jam on an angle half in the door. I've now had 3 days off work to have this window fitted correctly and I'm self employed so I don't get paid for this. This wasn't an insurance job I payed for this expensive work myself and at the cost of 3 days off too. Customer services offered me an apology that's it. I wouldn't use this company again and neither will my friends and family.

Received a text saying appointment 9.45 to 11.45 then get a phone call the next day from the fitter to say he will be with me 10.00 - 1.00 i told him i have a text saying its 9.45 - 11.45 he said that is wrong and he has 2 jobs before - well I've arranged my schedule around the text i received the day before at 2pm! call auto windscreens CS and they are as much help as a chocolate teapot! i have to go get my kids from school and leave my work at 2.30pm so if he doesn't arrive in time I'm screwed! i told them I'm leaving at 2.30 latest and if it hasn't had time to bond any damage caused to the vehicle or windscreen is there responsibility! the fitter said he will be with me at 11.30 but if he doesn't get to me until 1pm then with 1hr to fit max and 1 hr to bond that takes me to 3pm then I'm late and missed kids collection! NOT HAPPY!

This is the second time I have had to use this company to replace the screen on my Range Rover, not an easy job for them apparently, twice they failed to fit I because it was raining, if they had been on time for he first appointment it would have been fitted before it rained!!!! The second time, two weeks later, cannot do it because it's raining, third time cannot do it as have the Wrong Screen......

I paid for this windscreen my self because this bunch of gunners never do what they promise to do! Day of fitting I had to pay for the screen because they never rung the person who was going to pay for it, (They had over a week before fitting to ring the person and take payment and never got back to me to say they had not taken payment?) New screen was fitted scratched so rearranged to fit another one? They arrive Saturday but was raining so can not fit it? pop up gazebos are a good thing to have because apparently Autoglass do not work in the rain so come winter time they don't work I guess? Big Company and pop up gazebos cost £200 and can be erected with one hand in seconds? I RECOMMEND YOU GO GET YOUR SELFS A COUPLE. Rearranged for another Saturday and taking in mind I run a business to and are loosing money rearranging customers or customers taking the hump because I can not fit them in on a Saturday because autobodge can not do the job right in the first place. Saturday came again taking in mind it is now 4 to 5 weeks since I first contacted autobodge I got a phone call sat morning to tell me the fitter was ill? omg autobodge has lost me 3 Saturdays work up to now and still left with a scratched windscreen! Next Saturday appointment was not till 27th October omg, I AM SURE IF IT WAS NOT WARRANTY WORK I WOULD OF GOT IT DONE FAR SOONER. I asked for my money back so I can go else where to sort it out because they are costing me a lot of money each Saturday they are not turning up! Was told customer services would get back to me? still waiting?

But this has become nothing but a joke from a cowboy company. I had my windscreen replaced by auto windscreens through my insurance. This was all well and good. Cost me £75 excess. Not an issue. I payed there and then on the phone.. 4 weeks later. Yes 4 weeks with a crack the entire length of the windscreen. It was replaced. They then tried to charge me £157 EXTRA because I didn't have windscreen cover.. which I did. Proof sent problem solved. The technician snapped a piece of the trim holding the windscreen down.. no problem just replace it. Technician came round to investigate.. clearly no trim and snapped clips still in place. 7 weeks later after having no communication I emailed them asking for answers. I then later recieved and phonecall today.. and offered £10 would be payed to replace the trim as they couldn't find one to replace themselves. Then to make things even better I'm then told that because I have another car that is similar.. I can take parts off that to fix the problem they have caused me in the first place? So over 7 weeks.. I'm with missing bits. And a company that won't replace the part.. but offer £10 and take bits of my other car to fix it. Auto windscreens have given me nothing but issues. Problem after problem. The customer service team are nothing but damn right disrespectful. The technician needs to go back to school if plastic trim was 'rusty'. Your loyalty to your customers is a joke. I'll be posting this round all social media. Including photos of the emails sent. Cheers ????

Very poor service! Its been almost 3 months and still not replaced! First time they came with the wrong windscreen and now after booking another appointment a month later they called to say apparently they can't find my window! Don't go with this company they are appalling

Zero stars... Customer service, my bottom!!! 3 appointments made, 1 cancelled at short notice, 1 trueness up but without all the items needed and 1 turned up later than the agreed time slot without notification!!! I complained, got a letter responding to the complaint saying that they were satisfied with the outcome of the complaint and the next thing I know I'm receiving letters from a debt collection agency!!! Bloody poor show and will be writing bad reviews about this company wherever I can!! Now, on completing this review, I find that I have to leave at least 1 star.... Trust me, they aren't that good

Engineers turned up twice with the incorrect windscreen . Third time they turned up he said he couldnt install due to a few drops of rain.Took over 4 weeks.

Terrible service.. used them 2 times because of convience but will not recommend to anyone. Every glass they imstalled it shattered. Terrible company

After having to wait over a week for a screen replacement I expected better. Whilst the 1st visit wasn't perfect - the fitter arrived late/failed to communicate/fitted a scratched screen - at least he did arrive!! I then wasted a 2nd 'morning' waiting for a replacement screen - after not hearing from my fitter (who had 10 minutes to get to me 'on time') I called to find out where he was. He called 15 minutes later to say that he wasn't arriving as he had no screen to fit. On both occasions I had booked a 'morning appointment' and on both occasions I was given a different time slot - 13:00 'til 15:00 and 11:00 'til 13:00 - the first arrived after 3pm the second would have arrived at about 2pm had he actually arrived! USELESS booking system and pathetic customer care! Does this bother you at all Auto Windscreens??

Reported on 21st August 2016 cracked screen had to pay excess that day, said they couldn't repair until September 7th ,I said not good enough as dangerous driving my car. They said would escalate job I rang every other day, nothing done . Went back to my insurance company to ask to use another company, I had repair the same day, by a wonderful company. waiting refund and response to my complaint from auto windscreens. Don't use them ????????????????

Waited all day for a technician. Have been given a poor excuse by customer care on why the technician has not shown up. They have no contingency plan for when things go wrong. Paying customer is inconvenienced.

Appalling customer service. First appointment was made, confirmed and reconfirmed by text. No-show on the appointed day. I had to ring and inquire what was happening, answer-"the fitter is on leave". I said I wished to complain, apparently "no complaints department". new appt made - fitter brought wrong windscreen. Screen finally replaced at third attempt. I will be complaining to AA Insurance, who insist that this is the preferred company

Came to replace my side window on hyundia i30 estate, brought glass for hatchback. Now have a perspex window in that has gaps down both sides and white tape on outside of it. Very proffessional!

This company took nearly a month to repair my windscreen after 4 unsuccessful but unavoidable attempts.... First they ring me the day before my first booking to tell me they hadn't got a windscreen in stock even though they had 5 days to order one. The second time an fitter turned up had the windscreen but didn't have the extra parts they didn't know they needed.. .apparently because my car was so new no one had fitted a screen to one yet ... Third rebooking and no one turned up even after several calls to the office who "apparently" couldn't get ahold of the driver.... The 4the attempt was successful and was fitted l It only took them just over a month do though....oh and they ended up scratching my car and causing unavoidable damage......after many complaints and phone calls I've just been avoided and palmed off along with the rest of the unhappy customers I know this company gets.....NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR TIME AND MONEY WASTED AND YOUR CAR DAMAGED!!!

It's been nearly six months and issues are still going on. Before Christmas last year I had to use them due to my insurance, first appointment they never bothered coming, no telephone call nothing, I had to call to see where there were to be told there weren't coming and make another appointment, 2 weeks later they appered, put me a new windscreen in but left me with a rattle, I called and told them this and said until the rattle was sorted I wasn't paying the £80.00 excesses, they agreed and booked another appointment for a technical guy to come and look at the rattle, again not mended, 4 visits from them and still a rattle I was told to take it to BMW, so far I am out of pocket as I am self employed and my car is my busniness, I take it to BMW and nothing found. Completey fed up with Auto Windscreen at this point, then the cherry on the cake, driving with my 11year old grandson down the motorway at 70mph the rim of the windscreen came loose making an hurendous noise making my grandson panic and me nearly crashing the car, I pull over and the whole top part of the rim was completey loose, so I had to duck tape it back toghter. I then noticed a chip so called my insurance company and asked then to send a different company, they did. The other company notice the issue that was making the rattle within 10 mins of taking the screen out, also saw other issues created by auto windscreen and fixed them to, finally my windscreen was safe. Then and this is the best bit, I get a bill for the windscreen that Auto windscreen put in, I was also are made to pay the excess because the rattle had been fixed ....by another company I my add. I have lost nearly £300.00 In loss of busniness and charges all due to the incompetent work carried out by Auto windscreen....I am still arguing the fact that they never sorted the rattle out, scared my grandson half to death and I am out of pocket, all they care about is the money, they don't care about your safely or anything...terrible company

Have waited for my allotted time slot didn't show up , when I rang to see where my technician was I got told he was running late and he would call me in the next 1/2 hour to let me know where he was !!!! this is to put a new widowscreen in my vehicle at gone 5,30pm at night , they might get paid overtime for the hours they do but I do not get paid to sit around waiting for them to turn up . Totally unhelpful on the phone told me that if I wanted to cancel it would take another week for me to have the windowscreen replaced how is it my fault the technician is running late they should have rebooked it in for the next morning , I have already waited 1 week for them to order the glass and then they are an hour and half late turning up . Awful customer service don't use them go elsewhere

Simply didn't turn up for appointment. Arranged appt online, chap rang up to see if I wanted to go through insurance or not, rang back with policy number - so two conversations and online and.... Nothing Waited, no-one showed up. Not impressed.

Shockingly bad,no customer service. Been out 3 times and still failed to bring correct windscreen. Complaint initiated and even complaints department dont call back when they say they will. Still yet to receive windscreen. Would never use again or reccommend. Avoid at all costs.
