The man arrived on time, was polite and friendly and did a good job leaving everything clean and tidy. I was well impressed.

The repair man was fantastic, very friendly and rang with specific times so I was not waiting long at all, in fact he arrived and had the job done before he was initially due to arrive. The repair work was efficient, very effective and overall delivered with professionalism, care and quality.

Shocking service! very disappointed and unhappy with the whole experience. If this is the way they conduct business I'm surprised they are still in business. Didn't show up twice, turned up twice with the wrong glass then went to the wrong location after confirming my address three times. Would not recommend them to anyone steer well clear! If only my insurance company delt with autoglass...

I HAVE TO SAY THAT THE SERVICE I RECIEVED WAS FANTASTIC. THE FITTER CALLED DOUGIE WAS VERY GOOD. HE CAME TO MY HOUSE AND DONE THE REPAIR ON MY WINDSCREEN. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO MEET ME AT MY PLACE OF WORK , BUT IT WAS RAINING ALL DAY. HE WENT OUT OFF HIS WAY AND AS HE WAS GOING HOME HE CALLED AT MY HOME AND AS THE WEATHER WAS BETTER HE FIXED MY SCREEN AND LEFT IT PERFECT. THE TIME FLEW PAST AS HE COULD TALK THE LEG OF A CHAIR BUT WAS REALLY GOOD CRACK. THANKS AGAIN BELFAST AUTO WINDSCREENS.

From beginning to end the customer service to management are unprofessional and lacking in communication. Had my windscreen replaced in my Mini, Auto Windscreen used cheap glass which then needed replacing again after a few months. Staff, especially management in the Oxford office is rude. I was left chasing for a couple of hours trying to find out when they will arrive. I then find out they have gone to an address i was previously at and didn't take down any information i had discussed in the beginning. I constantly repeated my details to a further 3 people only to then find out that it was still not updated when i had a follow up from the complaints department. I asked if i will have a courtesy call or email to advise how they will progress with my complaint but was told they can assure me they will and that was it. I also had to wait nearly a months before i can get the windscreen replaced as they are too busy. Would not use them ever again and would advise anyone else to avoid.

Very efficient engineer that fitted my window on my 2011 mini. He was very knowledgeable in his work and answered any questions I had, with ease. You could tell that he was an expert in the window fitting business and he was very passionate about doing a great job. Good manner all round.

The fitter arrived on time as arranged and was very informative re. what he had found and how long it would take. I recieved a text before the appointment which had been made at a time to suit me to remind me when he was coming (although it was already written in my diary). I would definitely recommend this company.

Had a windscreen replacement in my new Meriva 2 weeks ago. Had our first substantial rain fall yesterday, and the windscreen leaks like a sieve. Need my trunks to go driving.

I am very conscientious about my vehicle, struggle with OCD in terms of detail and making sure everything is just right. My whole experience I have detailed below. From my first call to Auto Windscreens I was well informed by the operator, after confirmation of the issue and my details I had communication via text of confirmation for my agreed appointment. On the day of the appointment I had a call from the technician giving a time of arrival. He arrived on time, he was very courteous throughout. I stayed with him through the replacement period as I was intrigued how the process worked, he took the time to explain what he was doing as he was working. The job was completed in 50 minutes to a very high standard with an identical screen to the broken one. The technician tidied up after himself and left me with information around when I could drive after the screen was fitted as it needed to set. A very pleasurable experience coupled with great service. Well done to all involved a seamless operation throughout.

Prompt, efficient service. Excellent technician - cheerful, polite and informative - he carried out the work carefully and was quite happy for me to watch and to explain what he was doing. The work seems to have been completed to a high standard. Thank you!

When i phoned up and booked my appointment with auto windscreens the lady i spoke to was very helpful and helped get a good day and time for me. I recieved several texts and emails Confirming my appointment. I recieved a call on the morning to tell me what time they would be with me. i was very impressed with the whole experience and recommend auto windscreens .

After arriving to replace my partners windscreen over a month ago. Which was done ok. The fitter broke the rear view mirror in two. Took full payment and uttered they will be in touch to replace. After numerous phone calls etc we have still heard NOTHING. Utter disgraceful and very poor customer service !!!!!

live in Cumbria had a stone chip on the eastern by pass in Coventry called in at auto glass-absolute waste of time and not a good experience. called in at auto windscreens supervisor of depot on his own bear in mind we had no insurance details with us the man was bl--dy marvellous.repaired the screen in 20 mins sorted paperwork and even unloaded a delivery van (carrying twice as much as the driver) the supervisor earned this review well done.

The honesty of the staff is staggering, in this day and age of money grabbing it's amazing to hear an honest assessment of the issue ( even though it would not bring money in as business

It was very good until today when I used my screen wash for the first time and nothing coming out, checked under my van and the water is all over the road pipe must have come off or not been put back on right.
