“Very professional service. Was kept informed of when, time etc... re. changing my windscreen. The person who carried out the work was very friendly and helpful. Was really informative to watch the work being done. Interesting to find out about the'' traceability'' of products used.”

“Originally they ordered the wrong windscreen so the man had to come back with the correct one a few days later. The technician was friendly, thorough and very quick with his work. Overall I was very impressed with the service?”

“I was kept up to date with emails advising of arrangements, a reminder was also sent the day before the repair and the technician called 20 mins before arrival to give me time to leave work and meet him at the arranged address. The technician was very friendly and asked me to examine the windscreen to ensure I was happy with the job when he was finished.”

“Good fast service and a windscreen fitter who took care of my car. I own a Jaguar XJ and wanted to ensure that my car was well looked after, it was. I would not hesitate to recommend Auto windscreens should you need a replacement or repair.”

“The engineer called on his way to confirm he would arrive at the scheduled time, which he did. Despite the rain the work proceeded in my driveway and was completed within one hour. Everything went smoothly and the engineer was very friendly and courteous.”

“Engineer turned up, I advised please be very careful with my vehicle, then came out of my house to find the engineer had climbed onto the drivers door to remove the windscreen, sounds unbelievable I know. The went to the door and realised he had bent the door rubber trim, then continued to try a rectify damage by using a rubber mallet and screwdriver. After 4 months of going back to the Dealer, insurance company and auto windscreens, the outcome is the door was bent by the engineer standing on the door, paint all chipped. Still trying to resolve, no apology! Be very careful using Auto Windscreens, as they simply don't care! The damage that can be caused by an incompetent fitter is endless! You will then bang your head against a wall trying to resolve! Truly shocking company! The Insurance companies that partner with Auto Windscreens should also be very careful with their reputation by recommending this company.”

“At the time of booking I specifially advise the sales agent that the last time it took three attempts to replace the windshield on my vehicle as it is a limited edition Jaguar. ALl that happened was a very annoying and expensive loss of income for us as we had to take yet another day off work. In total this make 5 days lost to replace 2 windshield Your service is basic, customer unfriendly and disrespectful of customer time a”
