“Deivered very promptly. Had to phone due to problem with website login - phone answered quickly and order taken efficiently. I was unhappy with the performance of the wipers I bought but your company offered to replace them with a different brand (with me paying the extra cost) and paid for return of original wipers. I would recommend your company.”

“Bona fide business which provides plenty of choice ranging from the cheaper, not well known manufacturers, up to top of the range, higher priced items. I have ordered from Autobulbs Direct for some years now and never had any problems. My only negative would be that there is no automated email system to inform customers when the item has been dispatched, or at least I couldn't find any info as to when my order was on the way.”

Hi Andrew, I am sorry to hear the wrong items have been provided again. I have emailed you some returns information to get them sent back for a refund. “Delivered the bulbs to me in Sydney, Australia in just a week. ABD also included nice lollies in the package which made it all more enjoyable :) I would definitely recommend ABD to friends and family.”

“Unfortunately for me the LED bulb comparator didn't work and again unfortunately blew a fuse or fuses we are yet to find out as it is booked in with the main dealer,but that's another story., so it was not the easy direct replacement I hoped it would be. Why still 4 stars? Well unfortunately things can go wrong ,but I always think it's how a company responds. I mailed them,they apologized ,offered to exchange them,I declined and so they mailed me the necessary returns info' and on receipt credited my account. Yes I still have my wife's car with no DRL and sidelight and it will cost but I was happy that when something goes wrong they didn't make it more difficult. Would I purchase again, yes because I know their returns policy works should I have to use it. Put me off changing to LEDs though !”

“I was searching for specific bulbs. Found easily on the website. Ordered the bulbs. Came in a flash and nicely protected in the packaging. No hassle. The bulbs looked great in my car, So I ordered more bulbs to finish the rest of the interior lights. Will highly recommend and will use again!”
