Customer service is terrible and patronising. Product Insufficiently packaged. Adhesive labels for number plate inadequate. (If your plates fall off you buy more from them I guess).

Used them before and was ok, on this occasion I purchased Led bulbs, on entering my reg number the site gives you a list of bulbs that will fit, but they don’t and women there refuses to pay postage, they clearly know nothing about bulbs, use Amazon no problem they simply refund no questions

Only sent one of a pair of wiper blades and won’t refund so I’m going to be stuck with an extra blade as I had to buy locally Avoid and buy from a shop, at least you’ll get what you actually need

Ordered a set of bulbs (order 8677920) but despite multiple correspondences ABD failed to send the item. Poor service and not recommended.

Dreadful service. Sent only one blade, despite ordering/paying for two. Kept me waiting over a week for the second blade. Upon attempting to fit, I found both blades had the incorrect fitting, despite using their make/model selection tool. Won't be using these people again

I am still awaiting delivery of the bulbs and I'm not holding out much hope that they arrive. I ordered them weeks back now

Hi Damian, I am sorry to hear you haven't received the goods yet. I have tracked the delivery on the Royal Mail website and it is showing as being delivered on the 8th which was 2 day's after it being shipped. I shall however arrange for the items to be resent today (15/06/16) for you. Hope this helps Kim @ ABD

Sent me the wrong wipers then on the second attempt sent me one wiper instead of a pair it took over a month to get it right

Two pairs of bulbs ordered as a present, one pair costing just under £30 at a discounted price Bulbs displayed on the site with nice packaging (the 20/20 Canbus bulbs) But all of the bulbs arrived in a padded envelope and both pairs were JUST in small sealed plastic bags, NO TUBES, NO Advertising or anything making them look really cheap An email reply from the company stated that they knew of this problem as they'd been supplied the bulbs in these bags and not tubes, BUT I should've been informed of this. Which I wasn't They offered to send out the advertised packaging, but it would've been too late as these were a gift No offer of a discount as an apology or anything I don't expect to get a pair of side light costing nearly £30.00 in a plastic bag, they looked like really cheap alternatives and NOT like the web site advertises and displays

4 out of 5 window wipers ordered were the wrong size and fitting despite entering my number plate on the website to ensure the correct products were ordered. I have emailed customer services and I have yet to receive a response. The email was sent a number of days ago, 5/6 days. I am very disappointed and will not likely use the website for any future purchases. I have purchased bulbs before but wipers i will avoid ordering in future. The service has been very disappointing.

After consulting with a lady on the phone and being reassured that your bulbs would work perfectly in my car. so I take my car to the garage to get my bulbs fitted and amazingly there we go two warning lights on my dash so I call you back and get some one who does not seem to sure so they go to ask for help and I am now told that this is very common on audi and I need another part. My question is this why would you not give all the information to me on my first call as I now have to pay again to either fit your modified part or put it back to a standard part. you have given me no information regarding weather the bulb or modifications will render my bulb warning system useless. I don't fell that you have done a good job looking after this customer I now have to wait for these parts another trip to the garage another bill from the garage this could have been sorted first time round

been waiting over three weeks for the correct bulbs for my car although the web site said they were correct been promised several times for delivery very sad cannot believe the service can be this bad

Having purchased bulbs from Autobulbs Direct in the past I thought I would return when I needed new wiper blades. Unfortunately the experience was not a good one. I purchased 24" and 16" Bosch aero blades for the front of one of my cars and a vehicle specific ABD brand blade for my other car. I would have bought the Bosch blade but it was out of stock. The 24" blade was fine, but no better than cheaper blades I have used in the past. The 16" blade did not sit flat to the windscreen, it cleared water from the edges of the blade but left a 5" wide section in the middle of the blade travel un-touched. The car specific blade turned out to be Iguana brand which I was not happy with as I have bought these in the past and found they have a very short life span. I also bought 2 AA travel rugs. One was packaged properly, the other was not wrapped in any protective wrapper. Therefore it was covered in bits of packaging material from inside the main postal box. It would need a considerable brushing down, vacuuming and washing before being fit to use. I contacted ABD via the web chat to express my disappointment with the items and arrange a return and refund. This is where ABD's customer service lets them down. I can't remember the name of the person I was talking with, but they had no interest in why I was unhappy with the products. Just a case of here's a returns number end of conversation. When I sent the items back at a cost of over £10 I included an explanation of why I was unhappy with the products. Again no response from ABD. In fact I must check that I have had the refund. As someone who works in a service/customer led industry myself I understand that communication with customers is very important. This has been a disappointing experience and ABD seem not to care. The only communication I have had is an invitation to review the products and company. Rather an own goal on ABD's part. Coincidentally, I ended up purchasing a Ford rear wiper for my Mondeo, slightly more expensive but I know it will last a lot longer than the one supplied by ABD. And for my Suzuki I found a pair of Bluecol aero blades in Tesco for £10 for the pair. I don't know how long they will last but they do work properly, more than can be said for the Bosch blades.
