I used their website to look up the type of LED bulb for the brake lights on my car and ordered the recommended ones. When they arrived, they didn't fit! they sent a pair of bulbs that don't even have the same fitting as mine. I am now left with an expensive pair of bulbs that don't fit any other part of the car.

I have never received my order , I ordered a H4 conversion on 09/12/14 it has never been delivered & the couriers have not even been to my address. I have asked for a refund & been treated like a thief. I am very annoyed with the company & will be taking the matter to Trading Standards.

In this instance we were let down by the courier company, but in any case your complaint should have been handled much more effectively to either get the item to you or issue a refund as desired. After a week didn't get order and paid for next day delivery. Staff where very unhelpful and rude so ended up having refund. Do not use

web site pointed me towards stop tail, but said it was a reversing light...... how wrong is that! When I got the incorrect bulb (stop tail) it did not work on my canbus renault..... utter waste of time and money.

VERY POOR SERVICE. TWO PAIRS OF H7 WHITE VISION BULBS ORDERED, AND PAID FOR, BUT ONLY ONE PAIR DELIVERED. AFTER TELEPHONE CALL REPORTING MISSING ITEMS, WAS PROMISED THEY WOULD BE DELIVERED BY FIRST CLASS POST EITHER NEXT DAY, FRIDAY, OR AT VERY LATEST ON MONDAY. IT IS NOW THE FOLLOWING SATURDAY AND THE ITEMS HAVE STILL NOT ARRIVED.

Unfortunately the courier companies and the Royal Mail have been struggling this year to keep up with the Christmas volumes. The product never arrived, I called customer service, after a long wait the operator was polite and efficient, and arranged redelivery. This did not arrive either, and the address is manned 24 hours a day. I would not recommend this company to anybody. Of course things go wrong and it is the measure of the company how they correct things. I would avoid Autobulbs direct and not order from them. Do not use.

I ordered front replacement rubbers for a VW Passat 2012 saloon. The wiper blades are Bosch Aerotwin Flat A860S. The rubbers you supplied did not fit. Unfortunately I cut one of them along the length to try and make them fit so I can't return them.

I waited 4 over a wk for 2 indicator lights, then rang them up to ask where there were , to then be told they lost my order. Not a good service at all. Eventually got my order about 3wks after I order with a random pack of mini haribo's in it!! I did have to laugh when I saw them.

The lamps took around 4 days to arrive, but when they were ordered, it said a free pair with every pair ordered. Sadly, these did not appear and I had to contact them again to ask why? After a couple of days, I was eventually assured I would receive the second sets.Shame that, when something is offered they should make sure they honour it! When the free lamps arrived they were nit pairs but singles, pretty unimpressed all rounf really.

My 1 star is due to the fact I got a product that didn't fit. I put in my reg, the correct vehicle spec came up, I picked the first headlight bulb on the list - turned out to be the wrong connection. If you ask for a registration you should only offer a product that fits.

Hi Andrew I'm very sorry you have the incorrect product. Unfortunately we can only present the data given to us by the manufacturers. If the data is incorrect, we can only update it after the fact. However, because of this, we have a policy of replacing your products for the correct ones at no cost to you. Trust us, we would love it if all data was 100% accurate, but unfortunately that's not the world we live in :-( We continually update our data so it is improving all the time. I've ordered from you twice. Once was bulbs for a Kawasaki motorcycle and next time was a rear wiper for a Porsche SUV. Despite picking from your site based on make, model and year, BOTH purchases did not for the vehicles concerned. I will not use your site again.

We do have a blanket policy that if you get the wrong items as a result of incorrect data on our site, we will replace it at absolutely no cost to you. Bought pack of spare bulbs for Toyota IQ to take on holiday but when I checked them with Toyota I was told that all but one of the bulbs wouldn't fit. Had to buy another set so wasted over £12.00. Also when the bulbs arrived, one of them was loose in the package so it might have been damaged anyway.

Hi Susan The spare bulb kits are related to your headlight bulb and then completed with the most common other bulbs. They are not car specific I'm afraid. The Philips kit you ordered is pre-packaged and the bulbs included are listed on the website. We unfortunately are not able to change the bulbs Philips decides to include. We do provide a handy reg look-up for reference but we fully understand this isn't always practical. We shall pass this feedback to our web team to see how we can make it clearer.
