Received wrong product and notified them. Second product sent was also wrong. So gave up and went to Halfords

Hi Andrew, I am sorry to hear the wrong items have been provided again. I have emailed you some returns information to get them sent back for a refund. Bought wiper for my Qashqai, using the search facility, however the wipers supplied don't fit the car. Very disappointing.

Wrong blades listed on website. Phoned to inform them and told them to please send correct ones, yet still sent wrong blades.

Order placed 4/3/2016 and recieved today 14/3/2016 seems a long time even for free delivery.

Hi Leslie I'm very sorry to hear your order took a long time to arrive. This is not normal as over 99% of orders are delivered in 2-4 working days on our free service. Please note that we are in the process of moving our delivery to an alternative courier to further improve reliability of delivery. It took 3 tries to deliver the correct windscreen wiper! This required myself to make several lengthly phonecalls which I had to pay for(0844 number) Also it required myself to repackage the incorrect wiper with a 15 mile trip to the post office. 2 stars instead of 1 because the people are very pleasant,but their delivery date promises are optimistic!

received wrong items then could not get through on phone to resolve the issue every time left on hold for 20 minuets had to send emails and then got no reply finally got the issue resolved via live chat on website not very happy .... JUST RECEIVED MY PHONE BILL FOR MY MOBLE SPENT £20 ON YOUR 0844 NIUMBER THANKS ALOT FOR ROBBING ME AND KEEPING ME ON HOLD WILL NOT USE YOU AGAIN

Used 1-2 day delivery, to get asap. Not informed it would be 2 days until the end of day 1. Asked for it delivered to local halfords. Told it would be there by 12am. collectioned at 1730ish, paperwork said it had been delivered at 17:00. Halfords staff wouldn't release it initially as I didn't have a code, which I hadn't been sent. Had to go home and get 2 forms of ID. Service from auto bulbs let down by courier.

Wrong wiper blades sent due to the website system picking the incorrect product when my reg number was entered. ABD made it quite challenging to resolve, and wouldn't send out the replacement wiper blades until I returned the incorrect one. The onus was all on me as the customer to resolve, and i'm now out of pocket until you refund me. I won't order from you again - there are other suppliers for everything you sell, so customer service is critical i'm afraid.

Lamps did not work with the canbus. Just showed as failed lamps everyone. Also two sets incorrect. Even after speaking with the advisor. ????

Bulbs listed on the site were not correct for the model of car. Wasted purchase. Found the correct bulbs on Amazon. Wouldn't purchase from this site again as a result.

I haven't had my bulbs long enough to comment, but Autobulbs might want to take a critical look at their courier. I received two packs of bulbs, one was completely broken and one not. It's the first problem I've had but it doesn't inspire confidence.

Confusing website - I had googled LED bulbs but did not see that the default links were for standard filament bulbs - so I got filament, not what I wanted.

Wrong bulb listed against my car. Had to buy from Halfords in the end. Was offered a free one to be sent to me but I had already purchased a replacement. No refund offered.

their courier company claimed to have made attempts at delivery which clearly did not happen. it took 8 days to deliver something that could have been posted - for the standard delivery charge of over £3

On the positive side, the website was easy to use, prices were very competitive and delivery was quick. On the negative side, both the side light and indicator bulb types for my Yaris were listed wrong. I took the trouble to write an email to ABD highlighting this and never even received an acknowledgement. It's about 10 days since I wrote to ABD and the they're showing the wrong bulbs. I'd advise any customer to check their handbooks and/or the actual bulbs before ordering.

I ordered 2 types of bulb. The delivery was very quick but it was an incomplete order. I was unsure if a part order had been delivered or if an error had been made. I emailed to advise of the part delivery. There was no reply 2 days later. So I tried phoning and each time was put on hold. Each time after waiting a while I ended up putting the phone down. On the third time I got through. The lady was very helpful and the missing bulbs were then promptly delivered. I can accept errors can be made but the difficulty in advising you of it did not help the situation. Without this problem I would have been delighted with the service
