Bought bulbs for a volvo 850 estate t5r as selected on your website, I did not check if your website was correct because I trusted it, and decided to buy 4 as they were on offer, the day before we were going on holiday the bulbs arrived, totally wrong bulb!!! H4 bulbs when I went to change the bulbs they were all H1. Not good I've still got the bulbs might plant them to see if they grow no use to me.

Entered my reg no to order the correct bulbs but one of the selections offered was wrong. Should have been 581 osp and not 382. Slow turnaround for returns. Shant use again as it took almost a week. Not impressed

Thanks not received my order as out of stock as i was already aware received a product which was not required as customer service forgot to cancel still waiting.

I ordered 3 items that were specified for my vehicle after entering my number plate details. 2 out the 3 items were incorrect which I relayed back to the company via their website online chat facility. The responder took my details and dealt with my issues in an efficient manner and told me that relacement parts would be dispatched immediately. This was 9 days ago and I still have not received anything but I;m still hoping that my parts may arrive soon. I don't think it is particularly good service though.

Despite giving registration number and seeing the correct model details shown the wiper blades specified and delivered were completely wrong

I ordered the wrong product ( car instrument panel bulbs ) tried calling the mobile friendly customer support number on two occasions. Unfortunately no answer on either attempt. Called during stipulated hours. Not impressed.

You charged me for a next day delivery at £20 and didn't deliver them for a further 5 days. I emailed you to find out what you were going to do about it and got no response.

I have ordered 2 different products in the last month and both have taken forever to be delivered. The first took 2 weeks and the envelope looked like someone had walked on it with muddy boots, the 2nd never arrived as the courier had lost it. A replacement was promptly sent. The products and prices are excellent but as the delivery is so bad at present I will not be using them again until this is sorted.

Hi Paul I'm very sorry for the issues you have experienced. We actually used a total of 3 different courier companies throughout December to try and find the most reliable but it seemed this year they all struggled to keep up with the Christmas volumes. Unfortunately my initial order went missing. After contacting customer support I was informed that they would re send the order. I received the order exactly 12 days after placing the initial order order online. Auto bulbs were great with info and keeping me informed. Basically they need to ditch Hermes who are not up to scratch with their service.

The bulbs were fine but the tyre pressure gauge/depth tread package was not complete - the depth tread indicator was missing. I think it was packaged up incorrectly. I emailed about this but got no reply. So no, I'm not particularly impressed by the service.

Offer was for "buy one get one set free". Only one set arrived. Emailed customer services to ask about another set. Never got a reply.

Items were posted out promptly, but the wipers sent were incorrect and didn't fit the car. I emailed over a week ago asking for a return address for exchange/refund, and have still not received any form of contact. Very disappointed.

I had a problem with fitting the items when they did not work, I sent a request to AutobulbsDirect on there contact us page on Tuesday 2nd December and they have not bothered to respond, so i will be looking at returning the items in the new year.

Can't comment on the bulbs - requested to cancel the order but autobulbs won't do anything until they arrive - they claim to have sent them even though cancellation was requested, but surprise surprise, they never arrived, and autobulbs aren't responding to emails. Not best pleased.

The goods were dispatched quickly and arrived fast however all was not well. Firstly the web page said that if I bought two, then two more would be sent for free, I received 3 and a small packet of Haribo sweets which seemed a little odd to me but it was fine, thank you for the sweets, however one of the three bulbs was completely shattered inside, this may have happened as part of the handling in the post so might I suggest some sturdier packaging next time, however that also wasn't a major concern as I was really looking to replace only one anyway. The bigger problem was that after putting in my registration and selecting my car model and make etc. the part suggested was a bulb with the number 380, this is then what came in the post and when I took the unit off my car to replace my blown bulb I found that this is actually the wrong bulb for my car. I believed after previous good experience with autobulbs that the part would be right but apparently not. I checked online at forums and sure enough the bulb I was actually after was 382 and not 380. So to summarize I'm a little disappointed that autobulbs didn't know the correct bulb for my car and had me buying the incorrect one instead.

Website easy to use, order processed and payment taken immediately. Waited patiently for 12 days for delivery. Unable to get through on phone on day 8 and followed up with an e-mail. Did not receive a reply for 4 days, having sent 3 further e-mails. When I finally received a reply, customer service agreed to give me a full refund and did so immediately, otherwise the Overall Rating would have been worse. In the meantime I had ordered what I needed from Amazon and received them in less than 24 hours by normal 1st class post. You need to do better, Autobulbs! I thought I was better off using a specialised retailer rather than Amazon - how wrong I was!

Hi James I'm very sorry to hear you have not received the level of service either you or we would expect. In terms of delivery, we were let down by the courier. They have a 99.8% on time delivery success rate, but of course (as with all couriers incl. RM) something will go missing eventually. You were the unfortunate victim of this. However, you we subsequently let down by a lack of quick response either on phone or email. This is for us unacceptable and we very much apologise. We are already taking action to bring on more customer support staff to ensure this doesn't happen again. Still waiting for my order. Due to an error on your part. You have a mistake on your website which still has not been corrected after more than two weeks of me brining it to your attention??? This is an inaction speaks volumes, about the company's true attitude towards customers. No compensation has been offered for the inconvenience I have suffered though dealing with you. When I say compensation I mean a good will token to recognise the patients I have had, though this deplorable service. Offer of a free pack of bulbs. On the plus side you have answered all my emails. Also have had quite a fast response of answering the telephone. So now remains to be seen if you will now constantly spam me, as you have my email address??? So I have not been in any way disingenuous to you in rating you as Poor.

Hi Phil I'm sorry to hear you have had a poor experience. In terms of the incorrect data, this is something we take very seriously. The reason we have not yet updated your particular car is because we are currently in the middle of a total data refresh. This means EVERY SINGLE car is being analysed and updated one at a time. This represents nearly 50,000 entries in our database. As you can imagine, this takes time. Your feedback has been given to the data team and will be acted on when they reach your car, but there is much more involved in correcting data than simply replacing one value for another. We need to research why our data is wrong, is it a facelift or switch over year, when does the error start and finish, are any other entries for that car incorrect...etc. Believe me, we are constantly updating our data, and your car will be updated soon, but we have a very in-depth process we have to follow to ensure we don't create more problems in the future. In terms of your order, our customer service team will be in touch today to resolve any outstanding issues. Once again, I'm very sorry for the inconvenience and fully understand your frustration.
