“I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the fact that one of the items was incorrect. However the correct part was sent return of post. The returns process was so simple to use. Excellant Customer Services. Will use ABD in future”

“Unfortunately for me the LED bulb comparator didn't work and again unfortunately blew a fuse or fuses we are yet to find out as it is booked in with the main dealer,but that's another story., so it was not the easy direct replacement I hoped it would be. Why still 4 stars? Well unfortunately things can go wrong ,but I always think it's how a company responds. I mailed them,they apologized ,offered to exchange them,I declined and so they mailed me the necessary returns info' and on receipt credited my account. Yes I still have my wife's car with no DRL and sidelight and it will cost but I was happy that when something goes wrong they didn't make it more difficult. Would I purchase again, yes because I know their returns policy works should I have to use it. Put me off changing to LEDs though !”

“I ordered a number of wiper blades. There was a mix up in the order and an item missing. I thought there would be a long argument over the order. However, Customer Services sorted it out immediately. Happy days!”

“The bulbs ordered were not the same fit for the existing bulb on the car, the bulb finder by Reg is incorrect, so an email to ABD resulted in correct bulbs being sent out at no extra cost! Top class service (just need to ensure data on bulbs is corrected!).”
