“Having ordered from your parts listing the bulbs list for my car, your list was wrong and I got the wrong bulbs. It did however only take a phone call to rectify the problem for which I am extremely grateful. Both for the service and the way in which the problem was handled.”

“Good service. But prices are expensive compared to other sites. E.g. on the osram site there are offical sellers which have the osram bulbs for cheaper than you guys. So next order will be from them rather than here unless the prices change. Apart from that i have ordered from you guys numerous times without issues.”

“Wrong bulb. Ordered rear brake bulb for my car. Think it may fit the centre break LED though I needed the right hand bulb. Fortunately they replaced it during my MOT so all good. I will keep the bulb until needed or leave with the car when I sell.”

“I have brought wiperblades from you before but I have recently changed to an Audi A5 and the offered Bosch or abd wipers were either two expensive or the correct ones weren't specified for my car. I brought them in the end from wiperblades.co.uk.”

“order no. : ABD70134P AR24U Bosch retro-fit wiper blade for Mazda 3 driver's side - would not fit although shown by Bosch as for Mazda 3. This was quickly exchanged, at no cost to me, for another Bosch blade (Mazda 3 not included in list of vehicles!). However your staff supplied the correct blade which was fitted in seconds and is wiping well! Many thanks for the correct exchange. It appears Bosch need to check their vehicles lists. Also 501LED5CANW6K-1. Bought two Twenty20 Crisp White 6000K lamps for Mazda 3. Not quite bright enough to act as DRLs (not mentioned as such) but much brighter and more noticeable than original bulbs. Good safety device, Many thanks. John Bailey.”

“The Dip and Headlight bulbs (H4) that you show for the Alfa Romeo 164 are correct only up to 1993. The 'facelift' of 1993 also changed both bulbs to H1. Halfords made this mistake in their parts list and everybody has copied them.”

“I was very happy with my purchase but I was lucky that I bought 2 pairs of bulbs as 1 of my bulbs was broken but I put it could have been the delivery service I don't really know but other than that I'm happy.”

“I wouldn't know at this moment in time about the improved efficiency of the bulbs I purchased, but they worked when i put them in during the daylight hours (i rarely go out at night but on the odd occasions I do I have found the Mercedes CLK lights not that special although I imagine they have improved over the years (mine is a 2000 model) Your service was good and cheaper that Euro parts but after postage no difference in the final cost and I had to wait in. In future unless there is a considerable price reduction I will stick with euro parts because of excessive postal charge. Trevor Richardson”

“After getting wrong size bulbs sent, I contacted customer service using on line contact form they were very quick to respond and find correct bulb for my car. Just waiting for replacements to turn up. Great service.”
