“Ordered a pair of 207 Ring Premium LED 12v 5w bulbs to fit the roof markers on my caravan. Much brighter than the standard bulbs they are replacing and they stand out much better in daytime driving conditions. Also the usual speedy delivery.”

“Two pairs of bulbs ordered as a present, one pair costing just under £30 at a discounted price Bulbs displayed on the site with nice packaging (the 20/20 Canbus bulbs) But all of the bulbs arrived in a padded envelope and both pairs were JUST in small sealed plastic bags, NO TUBES, NO Advertising or anything making them look really cheap An email reply from the company stated that they knew of this problem as they'd been supplied the bulbs in these bags and not tubes, BUT I should've been informed of this. Which I wasn't They offered to send out the advertised packaging, but it would've been too late as these were a gift No offer of a discount as an apology or anything I don't expect to get a pair of side light costing nearly £30.00 in a plastic bag, they looked like really cheap alternatives and NOT like the web site advertises and displays”

“Left a negative comment about H7 Philips White Vision 12V 55W 477 Halogen Bulbs (Pair) and I received a call from ABD. They have accepted these bulbs back for full credit even though I had destroyed the packaging and had used them for about an hour. They still gave me a full credit - What service. These people are absolutely the best at customer service Many thanks to you all and especially Beccy Will definitely recommend to everyone Jim Copeland”
