The reasons for the poor review are; I ordered bulbs using the registration plate of the car & the website gave me the wrong bulbs to order. I sent an email to auto bulbs complaining and I am yet to hear anything.

On two occasions when i ordered i was sent the wrong bulbs for my grand vitara, bayonet instead of push fit, can't be bothered to return.

Only 50% of the order turned up - packing error that was quickly resolved. not impressed with the product - ABD wiper blades, no where near as good as the Bosch I had purchased from you before. Really not happy with them. Have not fitted the second set to my wife's car can't bring myself to fit them. If I could change both sets for Bosch and pay the extra I would.

Hi Paul I'm sorry to hear you are not happy with your order. The ABD wiper blades are a budget option so will of course not be quite at the level of Bosch, hence the cheaper prices. You can of course send them back and exchange them for the Bosch blades, just contact our customer service team. Kind regards Autobulbs Direct Team

The web site keeps deleting stock orders when you change fro one vehicle to another.

Hi Glynn I'm sorry to hear you have experienced problems using our website. After investigating this issue, it seems our vehicle search results page causes the mini basket in the top right of the screen to appear empty, even though it isn't. If you go to a different page, you will see your basket has all the products still there. This is being fixed immediately so may even be fixed by the time you read this. In spite of the advertising to the contrary, fitting these bulbs triggered the bulb failure warning light system.

The bulbs arrived very promptly. Unfortunately one of the individually wrapped bulbs was not in it's packaging and had broken - meaning the padded envelope was full of tiny shards of glass. Three of the bulbs in the spare bulb set had also come loose from their settings in the box and were rattling around, but thankfully not broken.

Hi Victoria, we're sorry to hear you received a damaged item. If you haven't already, please contact our customer service team and they will get a replacement sent out to you immediately. In terms of the packaging, we get an extremely low damage rate and it's normally because of an accident in the delivery process (e.g. the postie accidentally stepped on it). However, we will take your feedback and look at ways we can further improve this moving forward.

Im very unhappy as didnt realise the bulbs i ordered were mega blue light and illegal which when i ordered it said nothing about being blue. I was after brighter clear 501 sidelight bulbs so probably wont be ordering again as not wasting £8 on 2 bulbs again. Thanks anyway
