“One of the bulbs I purchased turned up broken in the box. I would suggest spending some cash on better packaging.”

Hi James I'm sorry to hear you had a broken bulb. We send literally thousands of these out a week and this is an extremely rare occurrence. We will pass this back to the guys in charge of packaging and see how we can further strengthen against these accidents while in transit. As I say, this is a very very rare occurrence, perhaps 1 in 10,000, but if we can make it even more rare, we will endeavor to do so.
