“Ordered a few times now and can report the staff have been fantastic, specifically online support and team at Dingley. I did have an item which the vehicle match fit didn’t get right (brake pads) so organising a refund. A BIG improvement would be a phone line for customer support rather than just online support. As a business owner, the option of a phone line is reassuring to customers and although rarely used (most will online support), for trickier scenarios - is a must have. Also it seems the business is getting big very quickly and the orders are rapidly increasing for you. Understandably relocation and team size increases take time so recommend in busier periods make the ETA of goods a little longer to manage expectations. In my experience no one got upset when their parts arrived early however they did get upset when things took much longer. Overall - keep at it, good prices and staff.”

“Online ordering of a new rear light lens was easy and the vehicle registration check gave me confidence the part would fit. It arrived quickly by mail with accurate delivery timing through Australia post. The new lens fit perfectly.”
