“I gave this as I didn't receive my last order and wasn't informed that it wasn't available on the 20/9/26 and I had ordered it on 9/9/26 If I was informed earlier I could have sorted something else out as I'm going away this Sunday26/9/26 Was hoping to have my car set up for the trip.”

“Seem to have a good range of product. However I put in the rego i needed a specific part for, ordered the part, the part was incorrect and did not suit the vehicle, I have tried to contact to send back and refund multiple times with no repsonse.”

“The experience of buying was ok until it was delivery time. One of the parts that I bought was supposed to be in stock and it wasn't and the worse part I was not notified until I reached out checking on its status. What should have been 3 days is now 2 and a bit weeks. Worse part is you even made me pay extra for the replacement part.”

“terrible service. I ordered parts two weeks ago and didn't get them. tried to follow up the order with emails, no responce. I tried to ring them, but nobody would give me any service. I think I have lost my $130 to a scam company”

“What a load of crap Even when I pay with Pay Pal, I still have to enter Email, name and address etc. This is FISHING for info that WAS NOT NEEDED as PAY PAL has ALL this INFO. Probably the last time I will shop here or promote your store”

“I bought a replacement wing mirror and it was the wrong part despite the compatibility checker. Took months to get a refund after being told they can't supply the correct part even though they still advertise it on the website. I already paid the autoelectrician $400 for a failed install. Avoid this place.”

“The price of the Liqui Moly Petrol Engine Intake Decarb 2733 is dearer ($38.75) after you have added it to cart than when searching for the product ($30.80). I called the store and advised them of this but was told to open up another browser or clear the cache. I was disappointed that no one was interested in looking into this as it is still incorrect when looking on other computers/devices and days later.”

“I purchased a product on click and collect and was informed after l had paid that item was not in stock at the outlet l had selected for pick up and would not be available for 1-3 days. I needed the item today! Consequently l had to buy it from another supplier ie. buy the the item twice”

“Pricing is amazing, attitude toward customer information about the delivery is very poor. The website says 1 - 3 business day’s for delivery when in actual fact it is more like 7 days. When queried - all I got was ‘delivery is 1 - 3 business day’s.”

“Worst shopping experience I've ever had with an auto parts supplier. No parts, no explanation, no updates, no assistance from the actual store in Sydney. I paid for parts "in stock", 1-3 business days dispatch time. This is day 6 since I made this order. My car is sitting in the garage waiting.....”

“Item was ordered a week ago and still has not been dispatched despite website saying dispatched in 1-3 days. Website is difficult to use with mobile but was finally able to log into account and there is still no tracking information. Please update and advise expected delivery.”

“The amateurs charged me for a diff bush kit weeks ago but never sent them and now refuse to refund the money. Thieves work here. Don't do business with them. Their emails can't even be replied to. Pathetically frustrating.”

“Listing hard to cross reference, sent incorrect part/ incorrect Listing based on correct model identifier. Issue was concerning GD i30 sway bar links , items sent were 40mm too short!!!, went to email via email link provided on reveille email, rather than generating a link to my email account, or inquiry page the link took me straight to the web page”
