Goods arrived damaged. I have lodged a complaint to your support email address. Email sent follows: I just received a parcel from you for a Ryco filter Invoice No. 100802781 Please see the packing list and photos attached. The filter is damaged as it was not fitting in the carton without being bent. The photo clearly shows the filter protruded out of the box when I opened the box. Note the creases in the filter box. Due to the requirement to have a filter here by Thursday I have had to make other arrangements. Can you please refund me the cost of the filter to my credit card on which I paid for the filter Thank you in anticipation of your assistance in this matter. Await your further advice

Kenwood DMX7022S. Don't like when you're not happy with a product you've purchase. They make every effort to make you feel incompetent by asking questions that make you feel stupid. The stereo I purchased did not sound right and definitely has some issues with it but I accidentally made a few marks on the chassis installing and removing it so I'm stuck with a $395 stereo I'll never use. Automotive Superstore will willingly take your money but when it comes to having an issue with their products, they discredit your judgement and make it so difficult to get a resolution. Will never buy anything from you again.

Ordered a roof platform a week ago, hasn’t been dispatched yet and can’t get in contact with a representative to find out an estimate dispatch date. I’d actually like to just cancel my order and purchase from somewhere else.

This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I placed an order, paid in full, and never received my products. They completely ignored all my messages and made zero effort to fix the issue. This is not just bad service — it’s a scam. Do NOT waste your money here. They are dishonest and should not be trusted under any circumstance. Stay away from this company!

DO NOT order directly Use Ebay if you need to. They will not dispatch the order until every single item is in stock which could be more than 3 weeks waiting and if you ask for refund they will deduct 5% whether you agree or not. No wonder why stores like this are going out of business.

Just purchased an M81 GC150 battery charger which is not doing what it is advertised to do . I have tried numerous times to contact them to explain what the issue is only to be told don't ring this number, send a txt to this number and have emailed them. Seems to me they are only willing to help the buyer. I now wish I hadn't used ASA as I had bought several item's.

The website is wrong. And they sent me the wrong blade for my car. The correct blade the website says is incompatible with my car. Surly they have supplied blades for a Prius C in the past and had this complaint already!

Two business days after ordering in stock items for click and collect, I have still not been advised that my order is ready for pickup. I have also not received any information that would indicate a problem with my order.

Ordering was easy however when I tracked my parcel, it says return to sender as items are damaged and it hasnt even reached me so now I am still waiting for the 4 items I have ordered

Purchased on the 3rd, told it was shipped on the 6th, still hasn't actually scanned as shipped on the 11th. I should have just used Amazon.

I bought two tins of tyre black paint. I’ve just returned from the post office and I have two tins of tyre black, unfortunately, they were so poorly packed, that the contents of one tin, was “out of the tin” and the other tin was swimming. They were only in a post pack plastic bag. I don’t think I will be a returning customer!!!!
