I cannot believe how long it can take to get one small order of two identical rubbers ready for pick up at your Castle Hill store. Ordered before business hours on the 17th and will not be ready for pickup until the 23rd. I have got so many emails, that I feel if you put more effort into supply the needed service of supplying parts than sending emails you would do business much better and in an way that combines old fashion service with modern online stores. No one else has thought of it, so why should you. PS - I don't want the Newsletter on email refers to - at least save me from that garbage. By the way - Pelican Parts in California USA got my last order (much larger) delivered to my door in the same number of day you take to organise a pick up,(and from accross the big ocean). This was a bit of a test (obviously a failure). I even put in a SMS question to ask whether ordering a second order on same parts to my address would be quiker. By the way - my suburb is next to Castle Hill. I had to enquire this way as your phone staff are unable to deal with online orders (or so they say). By the way, I received no reply. I am sure that is no surprise. SO - guess what I really think. The big question I have is - will I hear back after this review. I bet we all know that answer. Better get back to my order for pads, discs and all shocks to Pelican Parts.

hi i just about two send you a emial one of my part is no good it one is good one leaking from two hole from bleeder and where the pip go i have titan both to 40ft lb and can not go harder so need a new one now that good

Ordered a part and used the website fitment check to confirm it was correct for my vehicle, paid express and received it quickly which was great. However after putting everything together the part is not compatible with my vehicle and appears to be a UK version not the Aus/Jap model that fits for my vehicle and Ive wasted my time and effort and am left with a part I can't use.

not happy about delivery. Was quote 5 to 10 business days. Not coming until 4th next month. I could have had another product delivered by the end of the week from Dubbo. I only went with them as i chose click and collect thinking this would be quicker. Not happy, delays and i still have to travel 20 klm to pick up when i could have another product sooner and delivered

10 days later, no delivery 10 days later, no response 10 days later, I’ve had to contact asking where is my water pump they have no idea. Shocking Service recommend others.

Very clumsy, badly written software. I have multiple cars but switching between and adding cars was very difficult. Also, descriptions for product viried between the short and long descriptions. All in all very poor with a complete lack of testing. I tried to call and was not able to get through. If it is not fixed it will be the last time I use your system.

I ordered a hose that was urgent and without any notification till after they took my money, I find they ordered it from overseas and it was 3 weeks away. They did not respond to any messages and they won’t answer their phone, just a message to tell you to go online instead . I want to cancel my order for a refund so I can buy one locally. They are ignoring my request.

MI am writing to express my frustration with a recent purchase and your lack of response to my inquiry. I bought a Pioneer head unit from your website, which was advertised as being compatible with my vehicle. However, when I attempted to install it, I discovered that it was not compatible at all. I immediately sent an email requesting instructions on how to process a return, but I have not received any response. This lack of communication and the misleading product information on your website is highly disappointing.

From the website, the BP1640 fit my car as the rear pad but when received, it is actually for front axle for other cars... I have sent an enquiry on it and it would be good if you could also help to follow up if possible. My order number is 100723938, thanks!

Sent wrong type clutch wasn't informed 2 types charged $65 for postage Sent back cost me $26 bought right one cost same postage but double price for clutch

Besides using Registration checking tool and confirming with photo, wrong pads were sent they did not fit completely different nothing like the photo displayed. What I’m not happy about is being charged 25% in restocking and admin fees which I am going to take further after returning items poor service will not use again.

They sent wrong thing and extra for delivery and eventually they said I could send back but must pay for it to be replaced or delivery back to them I thought I would call quotes and learn from it I was hopeing to long relationship Ynot

Product itself is incredibly good. Shipment on the other hand was incredibly poor, over a week to just get shipped from the warehouse and located only an hr away from the warehouse

Part was no machined no body took responsibility the mailing system is left to be desired had the part fixed to fit couldn't have car off the road for that length of time got the run around no direct phone number no good will no refund bad
