Made an enquirey before purchase and was contacted by email, exchanged a few back and forth figuring out parts numbers and stock availability, one item a Mackay front wheel hub and bearing kit Left&Right i was confused and wanted to double check if that meant their was 2 full assemblies in the kit i was buying as it said left and right at which time i was assured yes it does so proceed to but and then a week and a half later box full of parts and only one hub assembly, so im now stuck getting held up waiting to sort things out and had ni response to the email i sent Bryan

Terrible experience the one and definitely ONLY time I will deal with this lot! Purchased a part through their website, website states parts will be dispatched in 1 to 3 business days. After 1 week i ask the question as to the whereabouts of my item and that's when the runaround started. By the end of the second week still nothing but lies. if you guys don't have a part in stock, just fkn say so ffs! Thanks for making my customer and myself lose over 2 weeks for nothing!

Your products are good but the shipping handling is atrocious. Order the part and it says shipping next couple business days. I then get an email almost 1 and a half weeks later oh yeah we have shipped your order. I am dependant on the product being here in the times specified on the website and via email. But to get my parts 2-3 weeks later is bad. This isn’t international shipping. This is domestic from castle hill to Brisbane where I reside. This is very poor. I got shipment from the states faster than this. Sort it out!! It’s a joke.

You sold a product that you didn't have in the first place. If I hadn't chased my order after nearly a week, I'd still be waiting for nothing to arrive. A refund was processed but can take two weeks which will make it a three week waste of time.

Pictures of item that I was buying showed that the map pockets were part of the speakers pod I was buying. Received items and no map pockets, clearly false advertising and will be taking the issue up with the consumer watchdog. Will not purchase anything from you again and will recommend to everyone I know to go elsewhere.

I purchased the Koyo Radiator from this company in mid 2023 for $500. I had it fitted by a mechanic and my Landcruiser is only used to tow our van on holiday maybe 2-3 times a year and never any further than 3-4 hours from our home in Qld. It has started leaking from the bottom tank of the radiator and when I reached out to these guys I was told I needed to package up and post the radiator to be looked at ( no guarantee of replacement ). I think for the amount of klms the radiator has done and the price of it for little use is absolutely ridiculous. I won’t recommend these radiators to anyone and to anyone contemplating on purchasing one, please steer clear. I also won’t recommend this company either because the after sale service stinks.

Bloody impossible, I started the process 10 days ago 3 goes, help from phone desk, I live in castle hill and in Victoria Ave 3-4 times per week I would not recommend you to anyone.

Don’t waste your time. I purchased a full sound system for my car, all items listed “in stock” They say dispatch time is 1-3 business days. So I emailed after the 3 business days, got a generic message response from a sales representative (Guy Davies) basically saying “yep your order is all good, it should be sent this afternoon“. It became apparent that the sales person didn’t actually check on the order or do the bare minimum because the following day I got a email stating that an item they sold me has actually been discontinued. When I questioned to why this wasn’t pick up on the day prior I got a response from another sales representative (Mikko). Saying we are trying to work with management to see what we can do. At this point it was about a week after I purchased my order. Mikko come back with the options refunding the money for the item they sold me but didn’t have or I could pay more money for the item they did have, but they gave me a “discount” for their stuff up. I paid this instantly when informed of the amount owing. I was told it would be sent express within 1 - 2 business days. That was over two business days ago. Don’t give timelines if you clearly can’t follow them. So I initially made the order on 3rd of September two weeks ago and it still hasn’t been sent.

I ordered some LED bulbs from them. Incorrect ones were sent. When contacted they said it was incorrectly labelled on their website. All fine and dandy but their returns process and general attitude sucks. You have to use their cumbersome returns system. Email after email. Then waste your time taking stuff to Aussie Post. Personally, I'll never use them again. Could not care less about their customers, at least in my experience. You'd think that if it was 100% their fault they'd give a heck but they just don't.

Terrible service. They sent me the wrong part, even after I emailed multiple times beforehand to confirm the fit. When I pointed out their mistake, the manager was incredibly rude, claimed it was “second hand,” and flat-out refused to accept a return. They wouldn’t even consider any other solution or option to fix their mistake. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and unwilling to take responsibility.

I ordered a ford Cleveland 351 fuel pump eccentric on the advertisement it clearly shows a inner and outer ring and a bolt It arrived with no bolt instead of just sending me a bolt they just wanted to sell me a more expensive brand And took no responsibility for the error Apparently, business ethics and integrity is not part of the way they do Business I have been waiting for their return policy to be emailed to me now for days with no reply

I ordered and expected it to be dispatched in a timely manner but I have received an email saying estimated dispatch is the 29/08. Everywhere parts place I deal with dispatches within hours and is received within days when it says it is in stock. Seems a 3rd party shipper. Will be cancelling order and ordering elsewhere as I need to get this job finished

Absolutely terrible experience, placed order on the 14th July for 4 items. 2 weeks passed and nothing so emailed they stated an issue with an item on receiving from supplier. Another week passed nothing. They finally sent out part of the order on the 5th August. The remaining part on the 7th August which was wrong. I suspect they drop ship from suppliers but do not inform you. I will not be using them in the future. Terrible service stay away
