There were two options for shipping and I chose the most expensive option, thinking it must be Express Post. But I have, since, been informed that I selected regular Parcel Post. I'm extremely disappointed that Express Post was not an option! Moreover, it took 30 hours for someone to respond to my enquiry!

Wouldn’t recommend these guys. Ordered brake pads and rotors on the 28/6 still waiting. Just keep getting the run around with a stupid txt and wait half a day for a reply. Was told 2weeks ago they had arrived in store but still nothing. Worst service ever

AVOID. Ordered over 70 days ago (August 15), still says 'Order Received'. They are now asking for more money to send an alternative because they sell items that are not stocked! AVOID. It is illegal to sell goods you cannot supply.

Not impressed at all. Brake pads ordered, are incorrect for my car (although your website says they will fit). I have tried numerous times to contact the store, with no reply. Customer Service is absolutely atrocious. I will NEVER order anything from this place AGAIN. BEWARE!!!

Worst company to contact, no customer service, they don’t returns calls or emails. I still haven’t received my item and not sure when this “in stock”’item will arrive because no one will talk to Me.

Terrible warranty support for smaller items. Cost more to return the item that it's worth & there's no guarantee they agree with the warranty so you might not event get it refunded. If they covered the return cost then it would be fine but they refused so it would be insane to spend more money.

online purshase was simple and easy, however the after sales experiance is total shit reasons, ordered last Monday, invoiced on Monday, but since then heard nothing? not even any update when my order will be sent, and today is Monday again however one week later If you expect good feedback, how can I provide this, when my experience has not been good? Where is my order and where is my order update?

Took over a week to tell me they didn’t have what I wanted in stock and it will be maybe 2 more weeks,I need this for work and might have to look elsewhere.

Damaged Brake Drums found only after installation and car vibrating very bad. Had to send away new drums for machining with car off the road for a week with no response to warranty claim even after a follow up. Might be good prices but this has now cost me more to correct than what is saved. Very poor service, no offer to help remedy or refund purchase.

Very Very Bad at sending orders. Over a week ( 7 days ) still has not been dispatched. Do not order from this company if a want in a hurry.

Hopeless, still waiting over a month for an item not delivered, with no correspondence, ordered a head unit online but was unable to change the bundle to what i needed, so for over $700 i have been sent a cable, try ringing on the phone number they give you, HaHa, no answer, you have go online and chat with a computer, good luck,

I had to initiate an enquiry as to why parts had not shown up after nearly 2 weeks. I was then told after multiple emails that the supplier had to stock and no ETA. Communication was poor due to the fact that no stock from the supplier would have been known atleast a week prior to my enquiry, this was not passed on. If I had not made an enquiry I would have been still waiting for parts that were destined to never arrive. Pretty poor form.

Ordered brake rotors, and the website clearly stated it would fit my car. The mechanic was not able to install them, they were the wrong part. I lodged a request through their form, and it took a week for someone to respond, after i tried calling the hotline and then texted the number it listed. I was then told the website said he had fitment notes. This was not the case when I ordered the parts, I am sceptical that they changed the website to update the fitment between the two parts, which still say they fit my vehicle. They have not provided me with return instructions or shipping details, and said it will be at my expense. I will never shop here again!

Web page was difficult to navigate and did not give me the options for the bundle i ordered, tried to rectify, not sure if successful, tried to ring, no one answers, hope i get the right parts, last delivery was incomplete and no one has told me anything ?
