Spent over $700 haven’t had any contact from automotive superstore, has been I’ve 3 week still no feedback. I’ve emailed I’ve lodged online, tried to call nothing, zilch terrible

Purchased front brake pads for my 2001 rd1 crv just to find out it doesn’t fit after i received it while working on my vehicle. Was extremely disappointed as it was listed on the website to fit.

The item listed on Automotive superstore was fit for my vehicle but it doesn’t fit in my vehicle. Its waste of fuel going there. Did 3 trips. First to get the battery in store. Informed you need to place an order online. Did order online and went to collect the order again. Battery’s doesn’t fit in the car. Came back to return the item. What a waste of time and money.

Placed an order for collection from Meadowbrook, Qld on May 31st. Order # 101035095. Website displayed dispatch of 1-3 days. Follow up text sent to enquire about delay. Currently waiting 9 days (7 business days) and still not available for collection. Site might be a few dollars cheaper than Repco or Supercheap etc, but not worth the hassle. Will not be recommending this site to friends or family.

Was offered 10 % off to sign up on line Didnt receive code to honour sign on request Was offered $25 off didnt receive that Love your shop ..still purchased parts But was disapointed

If zero stars was possible it would be no star review. Absolutely disappointing this company. Received a faulty part. No phone numbers to actually talk to a human. The Warranty/Return Process is absolute rubbish. The car has now been undrivable for 2 weeks. Now they want me to send the part back at MY cost.. which means who knows how long it will be until I get a new replacement part. Which postage also has to be paid by ME. I am severely disappointed!! What a joke. I will never order anything though them again!! If I could give anyone advice. It would be to find somewhere else for your parts.

After making a purchase online and payment via credit card, I was then asked to agree to having a small amount taken from my credit card to authenticate the payment. Not only have I never had to do this before or should I. So agreed, I now have to wait for the amount to be deducted from my credit card then I have to go into my bank account to see amount deducted then email back to company to verify transaction....then and only then can ma product be sent out to me. If you think this is way to involved you would be rite. Never before Never again.

Part i ordered arrived scratched and metal bent. first time using this place and if this the parts they sell last time!!!. Metal has indents and drag marks like it ripped off another car new parts shouldn't be scratched this bad.
