“Purchased on the 3rd, told it was shipped on the 6th, still hasn't actually scanned as shipped on the 11th. I should have just used Amazon.”

“I bought two tins of tyre black paint. I’ve just returned from the post office and I have two tins of tyre black, unfortunately, they were so poorly packed, that the contents of one tin, was “out of the tin” and the other tin was swimming. They were only in a post pack plastic bag. I don’t think I will be a returning customer!!!!”

“I purchased an O2 sensor for my car.When the package arrived it was packed in a small auspost bag.When i opened the bag the O2 box was broken and damaged.The sensor was falling out of the damaged box.This 2was due to transit.This is a fragile part and should have been properly packed with padding in a box.The sensor is damaged and doesn't work.$145.00 waisted.”

“We are a automotive repair workshop in Batemans Bay. When we ordered bonnet stuts Automotive Superstore was showing stock. Parts were ordered on 20/01/2025 delivered 7/02/2025 Vehicle was returned to customer on 29/01/2025. Should not take over two weeks for delivery. We will be returning parts and expect a full refund”

“Buyer beware! Stay away! Dodgy traders, upon asking to cancel an order that has not been processed they "put your order on hold" Then to hold your money as randsom, and even though nothing has been processed even after a very slow turn over rate they say "a refund will require a %5 admin fee unless taken as store credit or swap the item" I've never had a other online store do this before and it's down right blackmail and randsoming Poor business, slow processing time and dodgy tactics stay away”

“First and last time I'll make an order from this company. After I made my order and paid I wanted to pick my self and been told not all your order is available. Water for my order from Thursday to sat didnt come ,i had to buy the same stuff I ordered to fix my car. I had a conversation with them and arrangements to be delivered after wating on phone more than half an hour. Then I reserved an email to pick it up ,called again waiting 20 minutes then they cut me off called again waiting another 22 minutes frome one tune of waiting music to another then they cut me off again . I never had such an experience like this in all my life ,never ever I will order from them again.”

“Delivery partner has let this purchase down. Address was correct and a company name was provideded however delivery driver concluded they could not find the address and returned to send rather than arranging an alternate collection. Very disappointed”

“Put my order in on the 02/01/2025 after ringing every week to find out where it is at. Today is the 21/01/2025 still no arrival. Received a email late yesterday saying it will be delivered over the next 3 days. Meanwhile my car has been sitting there undrivable awaiting parts. Not a happy camper. This was my first order from you guys, very disappointed. Cheers Trevor”

“Fast and speedy delivery of product. Problems come when you want a refund. They are fast to arrange a return label and talk about refunding the product however haven't done so. They recieved product back on 6th of January contacted me on the 8th which a very unclear email about the refund. I request more clarity and request refund but have recieved no communications since.”

“Atrocious service - ordered a part on Nov 21st 2024 and part never turned up - somehow this became my fault . I ordered the same part from an alternative supplier and it arrived overnight without fuss. I have been requesting a refund for the last month and still nothing - full of excuses and they are unable to refund until they receive the part back to them from THEIR courier who seemed to be either a month behind or don’t know how to admit they lost it . Why am I being held to ransom for a courier and service not completed? Maybe pay back who you owe , then maybe you will be more motivated to get your goods back. Not nearly good enough in this environment - get better.”
