Delivery partner has let this purchase down. Address was correct and a company name was provideded however delivery driver concluded they could not find the address and returned to send rather than arranging an alternate collection. Very disappointed

Put my order in on the 02/01/2025 after ringing every week to find out where it is at. Today is the 21/01/2025 still no arrival. Received a email late yesterday saying it will be delivered over the next 3 days. Meanwhile my car has been sitting there undrivable awaiting parts. Not a happy camper. This was my first order from you guys, very disappointed. Cheers Trevor

No one emailed me that my order was ready for pickup. 16 th of January I bought item still no response .. I emailed support email no response... so never ever buy anything again

Fast and speedy delivery of product. Problems come when you want a refund. They are fast to arrange a return label and talk about refunding the product however haven't done so. They recieved product back on 6th of January contacted me on the 8th which a very unclear email about the refund. I request more clarity and request refund but have recieved no communications since.

Ordered some items and a week later still no correspondence from this company don’t order from them and still waiting for my email like they say in there advertising 1to 3 days more like never

Atrocious service - ordered a part on Nov 21st 2024 and part never turned up - somehow this became my fault . I ordered the same part from an alternative supplier and it arrived overnight without fuss. I have been requesting a refund for the last month and still nothing - full of excuses and they are unable to refund until they receive the part back to them from THEIR courier who seemed to be either a month behind or don’t know how to admit they lost it . Why am I being held to ransom for a courier and service not completed? Maybe pay back who you owe , then maybe you will be more motivated to get your goods back. Not nearly good enough in this environment - get better.

Ok until you want to return or get a refund then they don’t reply to emails and when phoning and on hold they hang up. Returned my item weeks ago and can’t get money back. Won’t ever be using them again, be careful before you purchase anything.

I am really upset for this order, the item came diffent as the invoice, i was oeder ALPINE ILX-F511AI it is same exactly as the invoice, and someone has sign the pick list and deliver the item is ALPINE ILXF511A, whattttt? I was email n call the guy after i receive the parcel less 20min, n who answer the phone said will give me back a call ASAP, so far i didn't get anything back. i still need to chasing this thing for whole week. I Spend extra money for express n got wrong item, for me is really no professional and careless to the customer too.

I ordered 1 grill and 2 corner lenses for a 2000 rodeo on the 7/11/24. I used automotive superstore as it's only 1hr40mins from home. Fast forward to now 27/11/24 I still haven't received my order I called on the 21/11/24 and was told they were waiting for the left lense and that they would send the grill and right hand lense as part order I asked would it be express posted to which they said more then likely no. They also said that they would get back to me and let me know what's happening and so far they have not been in touch. I again reached out to them today to find out what was happening with my order as I have not received any information on my order since 21/11/24 and again they did not know and I was told that they will call me back when they know something to which I'm still waiting I will never use them for anything again . I think it's ridiculous that the store is 1hr40mins away and it's been near 3 weeks and nobody can tell me what's going

Poor in-house quality control and zero effort by staff to actually sort the problem once brought to their attention. By far the very worst on-line automotive purchasing experience in the last 5 years. There is absolutely nothing "super" about this store. Never again...

Order No 100693818, placed 3 Nov 2024. When the order was placed, no indication was given that the filters were to be sourced from America. It was only when I attended your store on 7 Nov 2024 that a representative informed me of this. My project was scheduled to start on 11 Nov 24 but that was shelved because I'm still waiting. You need to inform your customers that a product is unavailable when they are about to place a order.

Ordered an air filter 2-10 days delivery! Day 10 and still no delivery so I called and asked for a refund! An email came through about my refund and it says minus 5% because I changed my mind. Really! They couldn’t deliver as per their terms and I get a finical penalty!

I ordered front Brake Pads for my wife's BMW M135i xDrive. Website states Fitment Guarantee. Pads do not fit, and no response to 3 messages via their website. Don't even want a refund, just want to return the incorrect pads and get the correct ones sent out.

Customer service sucks with this company wont ring you back to see what the problem is with your faulty product all they do is Email that they want to close your problem be very carefull buying from them if your product is faulty Case number 452104

This some of the correspondence that occurred after I received the 4 heater hoses and one hose was incorrect. I had trouble posting some of the screenshot and photos and it’s disappointing that I choose this company. I would look elsewhere and avoid this vendor First email I have just received the heater hose for my Vn v8 heater hose but when you look at the information on the hose you sent it refers to a VS V8 ( CH 1688 ) . When I did a search on your web page it indicates that this the hose as it refer to VN V 8 as per the snap shot taken for your web page When I took off my hose off the car it showed a Holden number 92038000 You can see the the two hoses are different On the cross references of the holden number it indicates that it’s a Makay CH2176 Can you please supply the correct hose Thank You Second email The hose I ordered was the one your webpage suggested and was for a VS as your supplier Makay labels it as a VS Commodore 1996 compared to a VN which is 1990.. There are two different numbers that your supplier Makay labels one for VN and a different one for VS . The hose that you suggest in you email photo shows a different to the hose to the one you have supplied me I’m not going to pay any shipping costs as this was not my fault as your webpage is misleading as it has suggested the incorrect hose I request you supply the correct hose and I will pay the cost if the hose you supply more expensive. If this cannot be resolved I will leave a review accordingly. Third email Both hoses you are referring to do not connect to the heater valve as they both connect to a straight joiner to the return hose see attachment below.. The hoses are different ln length and shape that is why the manufacturers/supplier has two different part numbers for VN and VS. You must understand that for me to send the hose back and to get me to pay the freight is not cost affective as it would be cheaper to purchase one from a shop The terminology is that you got me over a barrel My mistake was that I should have read the reviews on the company before I purchased from the company you work for I will be putting a review about this incident and I will try to post all I can to show the corresponded that has occurred and the readers can make up their own mind. I suggest that before you give any information make sure that it’s correct as this does help to show that you have some knowledge .
