Hi. On the 20/5/2025 I ordered a Apple car play android auto head unit for a 2019 Subaru Liberty. Order Number 100795448 Invoice 458946.When it was installed it was found, not to be fit for purpose. We contacted your Office and tried to explain that when I purchased the unit i was for the 2019 model Subaru with reversing and forward cameras. Half the steering wheel controls would not work. Your Rep said to contact IDATA for suitable wiring looms, but this would not work properly either, plus incase of an accident the insurance would be void. I am returning the complete unit for a full refund. The original removal -installation of new then removal again and reinstallation cost was $200 which I have lost, Please contact me regarding this matter. Yours Michael Stapleton

I tried to get in touch with the team and u haven’t heard back ! The item is not the one I actually need / fit . I’m still waiting to see what can I do since I asked for a way to send it back and get the right one or just sending it back and ask for my money, whatever works for me but the team hasn’t replied to our last emails. Poor communication atm.

This was text in an emial sent to you on 29 08 2025 as yet no reply!!! Good afternoon support, The part delivered is incorrect see attached screen shots. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a brand-new radiator, but what I received was clearly not new — it had broken and scratched parts right out of the box. When I raised the issue and sent clear photos, the response I got was that this was “normal” and still considered new, which is unbelievable. I’ve wasted my time and energy dealing with this, and the customer service was dismissive instead of helpful. I no longer trust getting a replacement from them because I’m worried it will arrive in the same poor condition. All I wanted was a fair resolution and a proper brand-new item, but instead, I’m left with frustration and disappointment. Definitely would not recommend based on my experience.

Came with not washers that were in the picture. When ordered it was promised it would come in 5 days. It was sent in 5 days. The product is good but no washer and late postage sucked.

I am still awaiting delivery despite numerous SMS messages that the order is about to be shipped over a period of several weeks. This vendor is extremely unreliable . Potential customers beware.

AS website states that these parts are compatible with my car but they are not. AS will not cover all of my costs, only exchange the parts. I must wear the extra parts cost, original postage, return postage and new postage on replacement parts. This is poor considering the error is theirs and no fault on my part. This is not the first time I have had problems with this company but it is the last time.

do check completeness and take as many photos as possible to keep the information at the time you receive the delivery if you find anything is missing.

Your website says that this dashmat will fit our new Seltos but it doesn't. It says to contact the company by text message if you have a problem but they don't even reply when you do.

Dispatch is stated as 3-5 days (too long) however, my processing period was stated as 7 days, with freight to follow. My parts would not have been sighted for possibly 12 days. As soon as I discovered this from my confirmation email, I put in my order cancellation, within minutes. This was confirmed. Next day, I'm offered a CREDIT - declined by me. REFUND is to be 95% of monies paid, unsatisfactory. Many emails follow, and the responder asks me 4 x times what action I wanted. I denied their right to ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS, as the coy* was in breach of contractual agreements (3-5)days. I threatened PAYPAL* action, and emails have stopped, but with NO REFUND. On principle, I would never communicate with this tribe again. In Brisbane, I contacted my second choice supplier and already have my timing belt and water pump kit. Consumers have rights, and for those of you who cannot comprehend>>>> order date(4th) + 5 days does not equal 11. If car parts were ice-cream, this mob would be out of business. All of this has occurred with 24 hours.

So far things are not good. I ordered part FG03040. But it arrived without a spray nozzle which makes it useless. I’m currently waiting to see how Automotive Superstore treats its customers and how they take responsibility for their mistakes.

I bought a drive shaft for 363.75 bucks, delivered with Team Global Express. I receive the item with delay plus in very bad conditions. The box was broken and few parts of the shaft were twisted, as shown in the pictures. I ask for a replacement, in order to receive a new shaft, with a different delivery company at the Automotive Superstore own expenses. What I receive today, with the same delivery company, Team Global Express, exactly the same broken box, with the same shaft received the first time, but fixed very badly, as shown in the next pictures. I'm very upset about the service, and I don't recommend it at all. It's two months now that I'm waiting to fix the car. Today I find myself with a broken shaft, time and money waste. Hope this situation will come to a solution as soon as possible.

I will never deal with this company again. I have been waiting for the "2nd" parcel, part of the same order for a month now. The first part was delivered after ten days and now apparently no one can tell me where the second parcel (sent on the same consignment) actually is.

I know the order was placed 6 days before Christmas but it would have been good to get some sort of estimated delivery date instead of a vague "sometime next year" I needed this fairly urgently - next time I will just pay the extra and shop locally. Cant answer the rest of the questions as nothings happened yet.

Dreadful.. Holding money from a cancelled transaction that I was told I could cancel if i didnt want to sent one of your suppliers a separate payment .it sounded like a scam..never doing business with you people again

Ordered Black Friday sales - multiple items. Order was slow to be dispatched. But quick to take your fund’s thought. When I got my delivery. Box was missing multiple items of the order , no shipping slip or explanation came with part order. A measurement of a business is how they regard their customers, and make things right when things go wrong. AS is lacking in this area. They a have a firewall type way of dealing with customers issues. Easy to take your money, but make it difficult to address an issue? 1300 number doesn’t allow you to speak to person directly about your order. Customer Service work Mon Friday only hours in this age🤔.They provide a mobile number to txt your issue to and they will get back to you . A lot of ping pong to get things resolved in the end. I don’t feel confident in buying high price point auto items from this business online sadly.
