Very Very Bad at sending orders. Over a week ( 7 days ) still has not been dispatched. Do not order from this company if a want in a hurry.

Hopeless, still waiting over a month for an item not delivered, with no correspondence, ordered a head unit online but was unable to change the bundle to what i needed, so for over $700 i have been sent a cable, try ringing on the phone number they give you, HaHa, no answer, you have go online and chat with a computer, good luck,

I had to initiate an enquiry as to why parts had not shown up after nearly 2 weeks. I was then told after multiple emails that the supplier had to stock and no ETA. Communication was poor due to the fact that no stock from the supplier would have been known atleast a week prior to my enquiry, this was not passed on. If I had not made an enquiry I would have been still waiting for parts that were destined to never arrive. Pretty poor form.

Ordered brake rotors, and the website clearly stated it would fit my car. The mechanic was not able to install them, they were the wrong part. I lodged a request through their form, and it took a week for someone to respond, after i tried calling the hotline and then texted the number it listed. I was then told the website said he had fitment notes. This was not the case when I ordered the parts, I am sceptical that they changed the website to update the fitment between the two parts, which still say they fit my vehicle. They have not provided me with return instructions or shipping details, and said it will be at my expense. I will never shop here again!

Web page was difficult to navigate and did not give me the options for the bundle i ordered, tried to rectify, not sure if successful, tried to ring, no one answers, hope i get the right parts, last delivery was incomplete and no one has told me anything ?

My Invoice #100694077 and Order #100814079 are these, when I when to the site it only mentioned 1-3 business days for dispatch and handling and I specifically chose to pick from Dingly Village. I was planning to collect it today to fix them on Saturday. Even the email does not say from where I could collect nor when. I am very dissapointed customer and not sure if I would consider purchasing anuthing in the future.

Difficult to navigate and find parts Incorrect information shown on site Registration input brought up incorrect vehicle choices. Terrible response from Frazer - He could easily find the right part it's the site of business he works for, he's not a customer. He's prepared to lose a customer (with 8 vehicles in the garage) over a $33 part. Not coming back here again.

Order process was standard but delivery and communication very poor. The only communication is outward via text to the customer. This would be ok if the information was accurate. I had shock absorbers but the bushes needed were in a lost separate order. Hopeless. If you want to be a reliable retail player you must be interested in changing your really poor customer service. 1 out of 10.

Goods arrived damaged. I have lodged a complaint to your support email address. Email sent follows: I just received a parcel from you for a Ryco filter Invoice No. 100802781 Please see the packing list and photos attached. The filter is damaged as it was not fitting in the carton without being bent. The photo clearly shows the filter protruded out of the box when I opened the box. Note the creases in the filter box. Due to the requirement to have a filter here by Thursday I have had to make other arrangements. Can you please refund me the cost of the filter to my credit card on which I paid for the filter Thank you in anticipation of your assistance in this matter. Await your further advice

Kenwood DMX7022S. Don't like when you're not happy with a product you've purchase. They make every effort to make you feel incompetent by asking questions that make you feel stupid. The stereo I purchased did not sound right and definitely has some issues with it but I accidentally made a few marks on the chassis installing and removing it so I'm stuck with a $395 stereo I'll never use. Automotive Superstore will willingly take your money but when it comes to having an issue with their products, they discredit your judgement and make it so difficult to get a resolution. Will never buy anything from you again.

Ordered a roof platform a week ago, hasn’t been dispatched yet and can’t get in contact with a representative to find out an estimate dispatch date. I’d actually like to just cancel my order and purchase from somewhere else.

This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I placed an order, paid in full, and never received my products. They completely ignored all my messages and made zero effort to fix the issue. This is not just bad service — it’s a scam. Do NOT waste your money here. They are dishonest and should not be trusted under any circumstance. Stay away from this company!

DO NOT order directly Use Ebay if you need to. They will not dispatch the order until every single item is in stock which could be more than 3 weeks waiting and if you ask for refund they will deduct 5% whether you agree or not. No wonder why stores like this are going out of business.
