“Good and service on your end is fine and no issue. I however take issue with your support of the company couriers please. They DO NOT deliver to the home EVER. Period! This is not a singular incident, but a wide spread issue across the board. I pay for a delivery to the home and do not expect to have to go up to the local newsagent for every delivery from couriers please. It is frustrating that companies use a service that is not delivering to the home but takes it straight to the local drop off point. Please look at there online reviews and take stock on using there services. There are many other courier services that fill there promises…”

“Overall good experience on the website but when I signed up to the newsletter to get a 10% discount on my first purchase, it took ages to get my 10% discount. After half an hour I thought I was not going get it so I purchased the product anyway I was disappointed to then receive a 10% discount code after I just spent almost $700.”

“When finished ordering one item it is some time near impossible to go on and order something else that is not directly associated with the ordered item. IE ordered filters when needed to see something else it was hard so just paid for the filters then moved on.”

“Ground Zero 10 inch mid woofer. Product arrived nicely packaged and ahead of time. When I unboxed it the speaker itself looked fine. I went to use it for a template but I realised the box was broken. It turns out, the box used to support the speaker on its journey was not even the right size for the speaker and had just been jammed in. It isn't easy to make a template, well it is, but it's time consuming and not all ten inch speakers are the same fit. The info in the booklet was very scant on details. But it's in my car now hooked up to a ground zero mini 2 amp, with bandpass filter and it sounds mint bridging the gap between subwoofer and the rest of the stereo. Would have given 5 stars but for the packaging.”

“Great Prices on the Black Friday Sale, one thing I noticed yesterday was the price difference on the DBA 109S Rear Brake Rotors , was showing $268 but once you click on it went up to $309, I notice it has know been rectified. Other than that would buy again , Great Store”

“Large variety of products. Great choice of brands & reasonable prices. The only downside is when searching specific items they don’t always display exactly what it is (ie I was looking for front brake pads for my car but when the search displayed the items the 1st on the list was rear pads not front and I had to open each display to see if it was front or rear pads). But the same happens when conducting the same searches at out local auto stores as well it really is a bit frustrating but overall I finally found & ordered my pads.”
