“As so far your your website is easy to work through and you have a good amount of products. The best thing as of my order for the distributor was good as you made sure with it matched my car with notes of fitting with the original part number for it. and you have a far better assestment of my car. I onley orded it today, I hope it is delivered as soon as possible.”

“The purchase process is good and so are the prices. Only fault for me was that while it said that my order should be ready today, it didn't give me an expected time. I was hoping to pick up between errands but I can't really plan so it might have to wait until I get the notification and find a chance to come pick it up.”

“Ordering parts from you is easy and would rather go to use direct instead of going through eBay or some other dealer but it makes think twice about buying direct because other sites actually cheaper but yet it comes from you any way you should be the cheapest from the start so don’t have to search or get bom barded by other sites it would be so great to know you could just have the one spare parts store to go to and know your going to get the best deal any way my auto dismantles yards would give a 20% discount to on going customer and gave me a 32% increase as I watched others close around me know iam medically retired but I can say I always looked after repeat customers and that made me feel the best Your delivery service also needs looking at iam still waiting for my other parts and that is a thing that could change my mind when there a places that use a courier service and can get deliveries with one too two days at most and there are many people in my area that ask me for recommendations because of my past business j cappellio”

“All round very good. Staff I contacted via email were very helpful and although I have not my parts on hand I believe the sourced me the right stuff. My online shopping for an AFI EGR cooler for a Ford Ranger was problematic with descriptions of the ones on offer almost impossible for the average punters to match up different ones with actual model of vehicles - also listing conversions of models of vehicles offered in drop down boxes were confusing...this resulted in my having to contact your parts staff via email.”

“Good and service on your end is fine and no issue. I however take issue with your support of the company couriers please. They DO NOT deliver to the home EVER. Period! This is not a singular incident, but a wide spread issue across the board. I pay for a delivery to the home and do not expect to have to go up to the local newsagent for every delivery from couriers please. It is frustrating that companies use a service that is not delivering to the home but takes it straight to the local drop off point. Please look at there online reviews and take stock on using there services. There are many other courier services that fill there promises…”

“Overall good experience on the website but when I signed up to the newsletter to get a 10% discount on my first purchase, it took ages to get my 10% discount. After half an hour I thought I was not going get it so I purchased the product anyway I was disappointed to then receive a 10% discount code after I just spent almost $700.”
