I have ordered from Automotive Superstore many times previously. Some of those were substantial amounts. This time I ordered a replacement drive belt for my wife’s Yaris. Automotive Superstore had what I needed at a good price ($20) plus postage to my door (another $10). I thought that was pretty good, so I purchased. However, my credit card got those charges, plus an additional 2 x $1 charges (separate entries, both for $1). It’s not the dollar value. I object to the principle. This was over a week ago, and they are still there. So I’m done with making any new purchases from Automotive Superstore! Lost my trust.

You need to add whether item are in stock or not and when they will be particularly on big dollar purchases. I purchased a winch which you are not even dispatching for 11 days. I should have purchased direct from Bushranger.

Products seem well priced and a good range from which to choose. I must say I absolutely hate the way you are forced to have an account to view and track order...not good business. I will go to sparesbox instead for future purchases.

I ordered wheel nut which took a lot of time to work out which ones I needed- I placed the order and then realised that the ones I ordered had a shank length of .55 inch . I need .75 inch so I called to see if they could change the order. I was told that I had to do that online which I find very inconvenient and time consuming. I had ordered 4 X AF 3240- 6000. I need 4 X AF3240-7000. Hopefully this is corrected before the order is sent . If I had been able to this on the phone it would have saved me a lot of time.

Usually awesome but my current order is delayed and CS when I emailed was from a Bot…no effort to chase up and I will get back to you…oh well I will have to put up with it was offered $20off when i placed order which I didn’t take put that towards overnight freight I need my alternator sssp by Thursday at the latest order no 100953752

staff was not helpful and didn't prove any real help and when i ask for measurement , noone here me and i had to find the measurement else were

The items were not as expected. The website was not clear about the description of the items, and when we tried to arrange a return, the website was completely useless and after 2 attempts to contact by phone that went unanswered, we gave up. While the first order we placed was satisfactory, it was not clear that extra parts were required, so we had to place a second order. This was also the case with this last order for the Mounts. We only used Automotive superstore because they were recommended by ReDriven.

I purchased the kit for a remote trip Delivery much slower than in the past (I have used AS sevral times) - I don't think goods left within prescribed 3 days As a result, the predicted arrival was AFTER our departure so I had to repurchase the items at Repco Probably wont use AS again

Automotive Superstore sent me various dmessages under differnt sections leading confusion to me. This is why I could miss out the 10% off the purchase after joing the phone Apps!

After placing my order, I wanted to review my order, to add a couple of other products. It was impossible. I called the number and it says your stuff cannot talk about your online order. Previous experiences have been great, so I had no hesitation placing another order. But more than a week after placing the order I'm yet to hear anything - when will it be shipped?? I kind of need the parts (that's what I ordered them for!)

Good to purchase online but receiving the items is another thing, still waiting! Might have taken too long to dispatch if delivery is an issue. Please look into this one as it may disrupt your online sales. Vehicle was expected to be running by now with specific delivery dates provided. Even though this might be beyond your control, Hobart is south of NSW or VIC, delivery seems to have travelled to Perth.
