Waited 5days for a cheap Engine mount.i do not believe this was a Mackay product as advertised. Was not hydraulic, just had a rubber bush type mount.i have just replaced the exact same mount i replaced 6 months ago.with the same cheap garbage.

Received an cab air filter that was a correct by the online check but it is wrong. Have emailed twice with no response about fixing the problem

So the ordering process was ok, but after ordering parts 5 days ago, no delivery date and no response to my email of 2 days ago asking about the expected delivery date. I thought a week to get the parts would be fine, but the job I planned to do on Monday will be delayed. Not happy.

On line purchase software is, in my opinion, in need of an update. Instructions or progress and confirmation of purchase is complicated and confusing. Superstore has too many marketing messages. I had several attempts to clarify/check my recent [current] purchase. In frustration I let the system go through only because the total dollar value was low. I only wanted one purchase of two filters. I have received three confirmation emails. I dont have this problem using Ebay or other direct contact suppliers.

Pricing was very good but I’m extremely disappointed that an order placed on a Friday morning was not shipped until the following Wednesday with an ETA of the following Monday or Tuesday.

I ordered 2 PCV calves and received 1. Emailed support and got a generic reply that they will get back to me in 24 hours. It's now gone 27 hours and still no reply.

slow on processing the orders had the order for 2 full business one would think ordering parts before start of buisness on Tuesday would have the parts by Friday you guys are only 1.5 hrs away from me

I purchased a headunit from Automotive Superstore (AS) and, given I live in a rural area, decided to fit myself. I found that I needed a cord to fit to the usb outlet and called AS to ask about it. Typical call centre push this button to talk about this, push this button to talk about that. I finally got onto an installation fitter and asked about the cord and he said I don't know what kit you have. I told him, I was put on hold, no explanation as to what he was doing and I waited. Fifteen minutes later the line went dead and that was that. Never again.

The online experience was hopeless, the site did not seem to work with my iPad. I ended up phoning and placing my order with a real person and that was good, the guy was efficient and helpful. Only problem there was I missed out on my 10% discount I was expecting. Was told the items I ordered were not in stock, so still waiting for delivery. Only ordered on Thursday, (2 days ago) so you have probably sent this email out looking for feedback a bit prematurely really.

I PURCHASED A SET OF BENDIX BRAKE PADS. THEY ARRIVED QUICK SMART BUT THE BOX THEY CAME IN WAS AN UGLY MESS, HELD TOGETHER WITH SELLOTAPE, I FELT INSULTED LOOKED LIKE RATS WERE CHEWING ON IT

The website delivery and process is great but the exhaust parts I bought are absolute terrible Comes with no gaskets or hardware The pipe is way too short and wont seal on the front flange where the mid muffler meets the cat pipe (LFX) motor

I chose Automotive Super Store to purchase my batteries from for price and as they had them in stock (see photo). NOTE: under Delivery - Qty: 6, Dispatch Time: Same Business Day and above that Click & Collect: 10min. This indicates to me that they would be in stock. After getting no notice of dispatch for 4 days I rang and waited and waited and waited and eventually someone answered only to insist that it would be 4 business days before dispatch saying them had recieved them from the supplier on Wednesday, 2 days after I ordered. I rang again Monday and waited and waited got cut off so rang again and was told they would be dispatched that day, a week after I ordered them. Far cry from SAME BUSINESS DAY.
