“Does not fit, the fact that it did not work was dissappointing, but nothing compared to the ear bashing I got from my wife, having to wait for more than 20 mins for a $2.00 bit and then more waiting having been parked in by a truck. You should not be retailing from a rabbbit hole in the back corner of a car wrecking yard.”

“Ive purchased a few items from Automotive Superstore now and the pick up option seems to be super slow. Other retailers do a 4 hour click and collect option but ive waited several days/over a week in in the past.”

“Service was good and order was delivered fairly slowly but what i was disappointed with was that i had a 10 % off card for my next order and when i entered the code during checkout it would not accept it. Coupon code was to expire on the 30th April 2024 so it was a valid code. I entered the code on a few occasions to make sure that i had entered the correct code and would like to know why your company failed to accept the code and honour your 10% off offer and why you offer the discount if you fail to honour such discounts. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with your company.”

“Went onto your website, saw the 10% discount offer and followed th einstructions, got emails saying I was now a member and another that I successfully subscribed to your newsletter. When it came to ordering and finalisng payment and applying that code, it kept saying invalid code, whether I copied and pasted it in, or typed it by hand, same result. I rang and was told I needed to have an account first, but the instruction never mentioned that, so I missed out. THen, unlike others, I stioll haven't received any message that it has been sent out, nor could I find anything on your website stating that you had it in stock or not.”

“After getting 100% fitting confirmation from the support team, I ordered a product listed with "Dispatch or Collect 1-3 business days" I was not in a rush to receive it. However, we are now starting week three since ordered and no product seems to be posted yet.”
