Very unimpressed with the time it took for the item to be posted. I ordered and payed mid morning on a Friday and the item wasn't posted until 5pm on the following Tuesday only after I emailed twice with no reply

i waited a week for my order and had to phone up looking for it it hadnt been processed so took a lomg time to get here

Took 10 days to despatch order. Pricing comparison to competitors doesn’t make it worth it. Would of been easier to go to local parts auto store. Had to chase order on day 10 to get a status of where it was at

My initial experience was good when I ordered the part, it arrived in good time as it was near christmas, when I received the part it did not fit, so contacted the store and could not get any response so then rang and got on to a sales rep that gave me the procedure for returning the part. I had to order the right part and pay for it as I was told that this was the fastest way to do the change over. I have received the new part that fits, but I have sent emails every few days with no reply till I sent one that I asked to speak to the complaints manager, I got a reply that stated they have been inundated with returns and are working their way through them. They could have told me this over a week ago and I would have been more forgiving , but silence is not golden, it erodes your trust in the company your dealing with. All I want is for them to let me know when they are giving me the refund of the wrong part, not hard I would have thought.

Paid for item on a Sunday the 8th and item wasn’t received until Wednesday the 18th. I can get parts internationally sooner!

Online support started off well, but now I am receiving no support. I have a mechanic booked in on the 19th Jan to install exhaust and cannot get an ETA. Customer service stated product was in stock and have since learned it’s on back order. No live chat available through mobile site or online that I could find

The order was sent to my billing address, not the shipping address that was provided. This now requires a drive across town to collect. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that there has been a logistical issue with an order, with a previous one initially overlooked (to be fair, it was sent express post once I’d chased up to enquire about the status). I utilise all the usual suspects to provide my automotive needs (with price being the overriding selection criteria). So while I’ve had no issues with the actual items supplied by AS, my experience of a 25% “miss” rate on logistics will mean I’m very cautious about using them going forward.

First time ordering online and disappointed with customer service.Before ordering I called to ask which courier company it's used,and told that I have the option of choosing Courier Please company.After I put the order through I requested not to be shipped with Australia Post(also left a note of being shipped with Courier Please).Soon after I finish the order,I received an email with a tracking shipment with AusPost.I called immediately and was promised will be changed to a different courier company.Still the shipment was delivered buy Australia Post.Not happy,considering the many issues I had with this courier company.

I only receive partial answers to my questions. It's been more than 40 days and I can't solve my order's issues. I find it very hard to communicate with the offices.

After finally receiving my order, half of the order was incorrect. Have tried phoning numerous times , sent email , messaged and used chat line but still no help from them . Very disappointed as this is a Christmas present and I wanted this sorted out .

Must be me as this is one of the worse experiences I have had for a very long time. The two sales people I spoke to was fine, but from there the wheels fell off the whole transaction. There appears to be no checks and balances on what is happening to orders once they are placed. I would like the store manager to call me 0419918378 to discuss Tom

Not a very satisfying experience. I needed spark plugs quickly. Spoke to Albert the chat bot before purchasing who advised me they could be delivered to me in 4 days with express postage. Placed order, left request for express postage in comments of order form. 2 days later I call to follow up only to be told they don't offer express postage?? 48 hours later and my order hasn't left. Was miss-informed from the start, received no contact re express postage and just have a bad taste in my mouth now.

It started when the $20 discount code did not work. I rang and after a while I was told the problem would be sent to IT and I would receive an email after it was resolved. I do not monitor my emails every minute of every day so I asked to be contacted by phone. I was told that was not possible. After a few hours I was given a new code by email. The new code did not work. Even though I find it irritating, I used live chat. Long story short the problem was a letter that looked like a 1 but was actually an I. I was told by two people to use copy/paste. My experience tells me that this creates more problems than it solves. 1, I, 0 and O should not be used. Eventually it worked but I lost more than half a day which meant that I did not get a lot of things done that I wanted to get done.

Ordered an exhaust gasket and it came stuffed in a bag like this. Pretty sure that’s not how gaskets should be packed. Not sure if it’s worth fitting a cracked gasket

Considering I ordered it on Monday and still haven't received it . There goes My long weekend I had be planning for months . Nothing like sitting home . So not impressed.
