Order placed 29/08/24 Order shipped 13/09/24 (15 days later) Order delivered 20/09/24 7 Days delivery with Aus post is perfectly fine. Part recieved was perfectly fine. However im not sure why it took 2 weeks and 1 day to ship an order for a part that you apparently had in stock.

Although the store has a good range of products. I’m certain that items that say in stock are in fact not in stock. I ordered a clutch kit that said in stock. It took a week to dispatch. Now the courier company are saying a week and a half delivery. I was hoping to have the kit in less than two and a half weeks to actually do the job. I could have gone to auto barn and got them to price match and had the kit within a couple of days. Lesson learnt.

Shipping was great however only received 1 correct item out of two, the other was not what I ordered, Not much in communication after I sent of an email asking as to why the mix up,

Best products and price Customer service need more training on how to talk to customers Delivery is very poor. No eta, still no delivery. Called customer service for help very little help was offered.

Lot of good reviews on here. Sadly this is not one of them. The items I needed were reasonably priced & in stock. Or so I thought. Nothing after a week & after inquiring was told a supply problem. Shipped next day surprisingly. Got an email from the Post Office nearly a week later telling me my parcel was ready for pickup. Don't deliver anymore I asked ?.I was told the reason was the address was imcomplete . just my name , Street Number & post code. Amazing the PO managed to find me. Coming back ? Maybe not.

The availability is the only reason I purchased from AS. The hidden tax and freight cost are a deceptive way to entice buyers. It would save a lot of time if the full price was advertised instead of finding out about the tax at checkout. Putting a $13 freight cost on an item such as a plastic slave cylinder is outrageous. The same item ships from overseas at the same cost. I try to purchase parts in Australia but if the freight and tax are similar or less I'll get parts from overseas.

The small amount of parts arrived in a massive box that contained a heap of packaging and a massive useless cooler type box, and not the heavy duty offroad touring box i.e. a Frontrunner Wolfpack box,in the adveft and in the picture. I have been in contact with Automotive Superstore and they claim to have forwarded it on to Bendix. That was a few weeks ago and no result. Poor customer service.

Does not fit, the fact that it did not work was dissappointing, but nothing compared to the ear bashing I got from my wife, having to wait for more than 20 mins for a $2.00 bit and then more waiting having been parked in by a truck. You should not be retailing from a rabbbit hole in the back corner of a car wrecking yard.

The item was listed in stock but could not be supplied. No alternative could be provided. The only option was a refund which is better than nothing.
