I may have missed it, but I placed an order early Saturday morning in the hope to collect the same day. When I received the email confirmation, to my surprise I discovered the order would be ready on Monday. I now need to wait till the following Saturday to get out there to collect my item

Good morning I would like to return my order as it is not what I expected. I was looking to purchase a complete radiator bar grill for my 2004 Holden rodeo. I assumed this was what I ordered it was advertised as a genuine front bar grill. I would like to return my order Thanks Ron

Dissapointed with despatch information, when ordering it states despatch 1-3 days. after payment and confirmation it says despatch 17/02/26.

The website is easy to use. Ordered parts for Fiesta WZ was relatively painless, with many options for all budgets. But I only just ordered. Let's make sure they arrive in a timely fashion, in one piece/not damaged and as ordered! Lastly, fit the car. So this survey is a little premature - hence only three stars.

Prices are good, delivery is prompt but not with global express. They do not deliver to rural areas. I ordered left and right upper control arms for my PK ford ranger and had the parts checked against rego. The bolt holes were too small and I had to drill them out to 9/16" . You owe me.

Disappointed on how long it took on being delivered to postal service considering you have same day dispatch advertised, extremely annoyed the same day i received the subwoofer it was marked down heavily after I waited over a month for it come back in stock.

You are becoming just an online store. Very disapointed. No in store stock whilst Web pages says available. Slow request for speaker pricing. Just takes too long.

Lot of products to chose from. Only issue I have is sometimes the website can be a be annoying to use. Deleting letters when trying to use the search bar. I am using the website on my phone, if that helps. Not filtering parts for the specific vehicle chosen. Trying to see what accessories I can find for certain vehicles, but when I click it, it shows it for all vehicles.

There is one thing that I hate buying online. That is being bombarded with emails and texts, For a very small purchase from yourselves I have had 4 emails and a text. Too much!

Communication was not great, and after waiting quiet a while email of weather the part fits my car , was told the didn't know and to talk with my mechanic.

Unfortunately the after market Taillight for my 2010 Kia Sorrento did not have the same internal fittings and was not compatible even though the website showed it was. Hopefully i can get a refund or a swap
