“Your website was frustrating to work with as the brake pads would not show up with the correct vehicle in the browser. Also the price of the brake fluid I purchased changed price in the cart when I went to pay”

“Everything was good apart from the check out where a 10% discount was offered but it wasn’t really. After a few emails back and forth I was offered $25 discount( not $60+ had the discount number plate worked as advertised) Frustrating more than anything.”

“Has a good range of parts and options at reasonable prices. The online portal is easy to use and navigate (mostly) and the check out process is fairly straightforward. I have only provided 3 stars as the despatch and delivery cycle is never as shown for the items and estimated despatch date is later than longest part time frame. Im yet to have a delivery occur in the estimated time quoted and be provided updates along the way.”

“Me and my partner ordered our parts on the 23/7 partner has received hers a week ago I’m still waiting on mine communication was bad only reply on Wednesday and thursdays multiple messages left had to raise a discount with PayPal before items where sent nearly two weeks later”

“Hi I just wanted offer a criticism. I ordered a guage and then proceeded to get an order confirmation email, a invoice email, and then 3 thank you emails. 5 emails for one order is ridiculous and is annoying as hell. Also pop ups on your website that takes up the entire screen offering 10% off are also super annoying and not the way to do it. Thank you.”

“I was a bit disappointed with my purchase from Automotive Superstore. Despite checking compatibility on your website and double-checking by emailing my parts list to you and reciving conformation by return email, the head unit did not fit well in the dashboard, and the included brackets were incorrect—requiring me to modify my old brackets to make it work. Additionally, I expected the head unit to come with a hands-free microphone for calls, but none was provided, meaning I now have to source a compatible 3.5mm microphone separately.”

“Unfortunately, perhaps I misinterpreted the suitability of the Toyo RUJ-3002 for my 2013 Mazda BT50 as they were the wrong size. I have given 3/5 rating as I am not sure if it was my failure to select the correct part or whether the part was misrepresented as being suitable for my vehicle. I would be interested in your feedback to clarify for me.”

“This is my second time trying to purchase something from your website. The first time the transaction wouldn’t go through, so I paid more for the item on another website instead of trying to call. This time was a similar issue when it came to payment, so I tried my zippay acct and it went through. Besides that your prices seem reasonable and it was relatively easy to find parts.”
