“Hi I just wanted offer a criticism. I ordered a guage and then proceeded to get an order confirmation email, a invoice email, and then 3 thank you emails. 5 emails for one order is ridiculous and is annoying as hell. Also pop ups on your website that takes up the entire screen offering 10% off are also super annoying and not the way to do it. Thank you.”

“I was a bit disappointed with my purchase from Automotive Superstore. Despite checking compatibility on your website and double-checking by emailing my parts list to you and reciving conformation by return email, the head unit did not fit well in the dashboard, and the included brackets were incorrect—requiring me to modify my old brackets to make it work. Additionally, I expected the head unit to come with a hands-free microphone for calls, but none was provided, meaning I now have to source a compatible 3.5mm microphone separately.”

“Unfortunately, perhaps I misinterpreted the suitability of the Toyo RUJ-3002 for my 2013 Mazda BT50 as they were the wrong size. I have given 3/5 rating as I am not sure if it was my failure to select the correct part or whether the part was misrepresented as being suitable for my vehicle. “This is my second time trying to purchase something from your website. The first time the transaction wouldn’t go through, so I paid more for the item on another website instead of trying to call. This time was a similar issue when it came to payment, so I tried my zippay acct and it went through. Besides that your prices seem reasonable and it was relatively easy to find parts.”

“Estimated delivery times from time of order constantly got longer and longer. In hindsight would not have ordered if the information was more accurate. Have sourced from an alternate supplier. If you go to a restaurant and you don't enjoy your meal then you don't go back. Understand Supplier issues,freight delays and other factors that come into it.Not complaining not seeking refund and won't be saying anything negative or positive about this experience publicly. Cannot answer questions below as am waiting till the 21st July for expected delivery”

“Well, it is normally good, however, there was a issue this time. When hitting the pay button. Message came up, "there was a issue try again later", i tried 8 times, which is fine it was a Sunday and problems occur, but I have recieved 8 seperate charges on my credit card of $1 from "Automotive Superste Sydney AU Pos Authorisation" I am hoping this will be deleted from my credit card statement in the coming days. If not I will call. Apart from that, and it is the first time was a good experiance. Awaiting delivery so can not comment on below questions. Rgds Pat”
