“Received a 5% discount coupon and tried to use it two days later without success. Three stars this time around from what has previously been five stars.”

“Never mention if item is in stock or needs to be back ordered. Takes far to long to pack and send. I ordered a pick up and on the 3rd day I had to wait 30 min for the item to be found and brought to front counter. Not good enough.”

“The Pioneer head unit SPH-DA77DAB will be great once we come to understand it. Installation by me was slow as the Aerpro FP8136 double din fascia kit is near useless. The side mounting brackets DO NOT fit. The surround will need gentle modification to fill the gap in dash. $92.80 waste of money. Other vehicle harness supplied in kit seem to work so very pleased with that. Camera works. So overall acceptable result.”

“I ordered 1 part on a Friday night. Now I understand perhaps you don't work weekends but as of writing this it has been almost 4 working days and all I have is a shipping label has been created. It's very slow moving if you ask me. I hoped to be installing this part the weekend after purchasing but now it seems like I won't be doing that until the weekend after that.”

“Website is a bit clunky. I press PayPal, A box tells me I will be connected to the PayPal site. Nothing happens. The site doesn't say I need to click through to the next page before the PayPal connection is made. It would be better if you did not insert the text box”

“Service and delivery were fine, but the parking stop garage floor mat is hard plastic and slides or flips when the tyre tries to move onto it. They should be made of rubber. Unfortunately, I bought four. MJ Qld.”

“Hello when using your site I found it a bit clunky to use and order parts.I had trouble understanding the invoice the way that tax is added also I didn't expect a parcel post to be quite so dear overall though I would probably buy again should I need any other items”

“I orderd a car part as click and collect... I was thinking that means same day pick up, like every other store , So I was dissapointed when I drove out to pick up my part that I ordered the afternoon before that it could take 3 days just to get picked.... If I had of known that I would have gone somewhere else”

“Ordered 8 days ago and website said I stock in warehouse but I still again second order I have not received anything further after order confirmed on 2/8/2024 has this been posted or packed? And also the 10 % off voucher code was invalid that was sent with my first order which was patrol bushes for sway bar D mount front and rear spoke to Sam on first order and he was great! Just shame I couldn’t use 10% off code and that same thing second time no delivery notice or any notice to say it’s not in warehouse and that you’ll be delaid till you get the part…. Order #100651344”
