“Estimated delivery times from time of order constantly got longer and longer. In hindsight would not have ordered if the information was more accurate. Have sourced from an alternate supplier. If you go to a restaurant and you don't enjoy your meal then you don't go back. Understand Supplier issues,freight delays and other factors that come into it.Not complaining not seeking refund and won't be saying anything negative or positive about this experience publicly. Cannot answer questions below as am waiting till the 21st July for expected delivery”

“Well, it is normally good, however, there was a issue this time. When hitting the pay button. Message came up, "there was a issue try again later", i tried 8 times, which is fine it was a Sunday and problems occur, but I have recieved 8 seperate charges on my credit card of $1 from "Automotive Superste Sydney AU Pos Authorisation" I am hoping this will be deleted from my credit card statement in the coming days. If not I will call. Apart from that, and it is the first time was a good experiance. Awaiting delivery so can not comment on below questions. Rgds Pat”

“Ordering was great as usual however i was disappointed that the $10 off Discount Code you his sent to me by SMS wouldn’t work :( The code was - O8DTXKN18J No matter what i tried it wouldn’t apply to the order that was over the required $100.”

“Ordered on Friday.. hoping to install next week. It appears that order is received, but thats it. No emails or order dispatched etc. As far as I know its just sitting there waiting to be dispatched. I highly doubt at this rate I will be installing next week. But stranger things have happened. This is my first time using a.s... Not confident after reading some reviews now.”

“The wiper took about a week to arrive, I advised the courier to leave it in a safe place so he left it standing up against the front column of the entrance where everyone could see from a mile away. Lucky no one took it”

“I have only used automotive SS once , so really can’t rate the service yet , but so far so good . Prices seem competitive , my only complaint was I was given a promo code but it didn’t work ?”

“Ordering not a problem it’s the dispatch which needs some attention order over a week ago no information if it’s been sent or not not even a tracking code told me will get 3 to4 working days still don’t enem know if it’s left yet”

“I may have missed it, but I placed an order early Saturday morning in the hope to collect the same day. When I received the email confirmation, to my surprise I discovered the order would be ready on Monday. I now need to wait till the following Saturday to get out there to collect my item”
