Click and collect is meant to be done on the same day the stock is paid for .. paying for it then finding out its gonna take a few days to have it ready is just a pick up order.. bit deceiving marketing it as click and collect ..had i known this before i paid i woulda bought elsewhere, i live in gosford so its not a short drive to come pick it up.. the day i ordered it , i was in the area and actually needed the parts that day , my brakes are almost metal on metal, so having to drive back to gosford and then back to sydney to pick up, with virtually no brakes is not ideal.. and as yet im still waiting for the parts that i bought on wednesday.. i could have just paid the extra $30 and got the parts that same day at any repco or supercheap auto

Placed order got confirmation it's been over a week & nothing with an eta. Would be good to know estimated time of delivery so i can work around it.

The only issue I have is not receiving a tracking number to see when I will receive my order or any kind of time or date on when I should expect it

I tried to find out if my click and collect order was available from your dingley property, but your 1300 number says you don't respond to already ordered enquirys.so I sent an email,don't know how long I have to wait?

While my experience with the Store has been very cordial, I need to draw attention to a couple of issues. 1. Radiator ordered did not come with a Cap which is normal but not known to average purchaser. Had to organise a separate purchase which caused some delays with fitment. 2. Likewise, the Store had only 5 of 9 hoses required for radiator replacement. Caused a major delay when Garage had to source the missing hoses. I was not aware of the need for the additional hoses.

Not real happy i brought 20 auto globes they were just pack in a jiffy bag not a smart move as you could guess most broken.This is only costing you money .

Prices are very good. I was hoping to click and collect on the day but after ringing in I was told 2 items would be few days to get stock and one item up to 4 weeks to be in stock. I wouldn’t be upset if they let you know timelines before purchase. Also very hard to make enquires via the phone

Parts need user catalogue, including gst.in your price would be good move for retail customers.

The whole purchase experience was easy, would have been better to be informed at time of purchase if the item was in stock or not as we needed to pickup ASAP. Still not sure when we can pickup 24 hours later.

Only having the rear flexible brake hoses and not the front ones was annoying. Having the clutch master and slave was great but not having the brake master and wheel cylinders was annoying this made me purchase from multiple suppliers where I would have liked it to be in one purchase.

Have ordered parts from you guys a few times now and while everything so far has eventually arrived, the time it takes just for orders to be dispatched seems to be a big issue. Many things I've ordered would say 1-3 days to dispatch but I'm often left waiting more than a week sometimes two before having to contact you guys for an update to which then the order is suddenly shipped. Currently on day #4 waiting for my most recent order to be shipped at the time of this review.

The australian postage for iteams purchased is $13.99. It is very expensive in comparision to other on line stores for delviering automotive parts.

Prices were good and everything was delivered. Compared to other suppliers, AS delivery is much slower. That is my only real feedback. If you could improve delivery times that would be great. Mine was 6 days.

Website was easy to place an order but unfortunately the incorrect product was sent. took 7 days to deliver the wrong product. Now have to send wrong product back to get correct product sent. have had to send video eveidence of item been colected so hopefully they will send correct items before they recieve the incorrect product back. if not it will be waiting for the item to return and process minimum 7 days then resend correct itme addition 7 days. Minumum 21 days to get my items which is simply not good enough. Return staff have been very helpful but oviously following company processes that dont really support the customer when they are the ones that have made the error. Hopefully somebody will send correct products out express and not wait for the return item given they can see the tracking of the return.
