“From ordering stock online, it was slow to be shipped out, over a week for shipping and a little over a week and a half to recieve my items and I live about 1 hours drive from the store. I put in a 2nd order for pickup to see if would be quicker, and still a week has passed with no notification I can pick up my items. Slow dispatch, more likely to shop elsewhere next time.”

“Hi. Product received was good as per my previous order. Howver, I really wish you could improve on your delivery time because it took quite sometime to arrive. How about changing delivery company??”

“I asked the customer service in Castlehills about where can I click and collect today , in which of your stores you have availability, but she told me I don't know, if you want you order here we don't have available in our store, you can collect in 3 days. She was not helpful at all!!!”

“The item I ordered arrived as expected and did what it says on the tin. My concern is that there was a massive lead time of just about one week before the item was shipped despite the fact it says it was 'in stock' If you have lead times, please display this clearly so your customers don't expect something within a period of time because of the misleading delivery times.”

“Quality of the rhino gear is great, unfortunately the process to get the items was peppered with issues. Website states 1-3 days for dispatched was almost a week and I had to contact A.S to find out what the go was. Then once dispatched only half the order arrived even though it had the same consignment number. Once again had to contact, was told they would get back to me that day as it should have arrived together. Contacted them again the following day after no return call. Item arrived 2 days after first item was delivered. As a first time customer this whole process has left a sour taste in my mouth. Over promised and under delivered.”

“Hi yes ordering was OK but bit disappointed I couldn't use flyby but all good Yes I got feed back to say my order was received but have not got anything to show me parcel is sent or tracking so sort off in the dark so don't know what is happening cheers”

“Whilst the goods were easy to order, we had hoped it would be like e bay where goods are despatched same day. I had a person who was going to help me fit all this however because of the 3 day delay in despatch he has gone home. Dedpatch tome very disappointing.”

“unable to access the website for long periods of time, when I finally got onto the site it was very unfriendly to find the part I was after then it would not tell me if it was an in-stock item or not even putting it in the shopping trolly did not tell me if you had stock on hand. all the while I was beening shutout off the site and had to start again, also it was difficult to find a phone number to call”
