Ordered a tail light. Was sent the wrong product. When I reached out to automotive to inform the the wrong product was sent, I was told to order the correct one (which is out of stock) and I would infer a 20% fee on top of shipment to return the WRONG item sent, if I pursue a refund. Won’t be ordering from this store again.

Took three weeks to get them. No emails sorry we’re running late only until I notified support that something was done. When they finally arrived I opened the box to find no sealed boxes with one completely opened with cabling stuffed back into box very unprofessional I want be buying anything else from Automotive Superstore.

Has been a month and have not heard a single thing about my order status. Called 2 weeks ago and was told they will be sent out in a week. Terrible services, if you didn’t have the items in stock then mark them as such on your website.

Definitely unhappy with the delivery of an incomplete product. As I have had numerous emails to just get all of my kit sent out to me like it should have been. Three different deliveries because things were missing. Where I had to chase up, very frustrating…

Using the "fits your vehicle" advice I ordered these pads, however they are way too small. Luckily I was able to buy the correct pads locally.

Didn't fit I had to return them to the shop at my own expense even though I had to pay for postage to get them.Don't like the fact that I can't get my money back even though they don't the goods that I need.I have to buy something else from you even though there is nothing else I need other than the product I ordered but don't fit my car and you can't get them.Its turning into a very expensive problem for a pensioner.

Persistent harrassment for a review isn't great firstly really badly marked for in / out flow. Wesfiill weren't helpful at all and neither was AS

I have not received the brakes pads i ordered. It's been a month since my order was paid for and confirmation email received.

I am unable to rate this product out of "5" as it is very hard to rate or review a product that was ordered back on 31/5/24 as being availabe and ready to ship in 1-3 days, and still is to this very day, only to find out a week later that it won't be available until the end of July. When and if I receive this item I would be more than happy to leave a review but in the meantime I am still waiting.

I ordered a w/shield for my car it turned out to be incorrect.I asked for a refund but was told the only credit would be a in store credit not happy.i have worked in the motor trade for 40 years and never had this problem before will not be recommending this company

I had asked if the driving light mounts were in stock and was told they were. So I went ahead and ordered them, but had now been over a month and still haven’t seen them. I continue to ask of their whereabouts and only keep getting told that they will get in contact with the warehouse, and that is all I know unless I email them again, which I will be told the same thing again and be left wondering. Very poor costumer service.

On June 18, I ordered on the website, seeeing that it says 1-3 day dispatch. I understand things might not be in stock, but an automated response saying it will be over a week to dispatch would have been great. I called multiple times, but I was on hold for 25 minutes, and after 25 minutes, it disconnects you. I ended up emailing saying I was going to get a refund through PayPal because I couldn't get through and I was unsure if your company was a scam site. Someone responded which was great. When I received my order 9 days later (27th), I had an empty box in the packaging for one tool, and the other tool was on backorder. I understand backorders happen, but an automated response would have been great. I still don't know when the backorder is going to be sent to me. I called about the empty box, and they have the packing station on video for things like this. That is awesome, so they sent me an email and asked me to reply with the photos. I did that on Thursday, but then I was not told how long it would take to determine if it a decision will be made. I am annoyed, but not with the delays, it is the communication. If I had things communicated to me, I could have let the person know that their order would be delayed. At the moment, it is my reputation that is being tarnished because of poor communication, and I still don't have any idea what is going on. It can be fixed with an automated system to send out emails. Hopefully this gets sent to someone and not posted on the website, because the email said it gets sent to your team to improve.. If this gets posted to the website, let me know and I'll remove it.

Spent 1 hour on the phone trying to get someone to talk to about the order for 2 days. Emailed a few times and got a response back after the order was delivered. Poor service to customers. Will not order again from this place again.

Received incorrect/substandard product. Took over three months to get refund (finally after I lodged a paypal dispute). Still owed money for return postage & my messages ignored. Will be going back to REPCO.

I placed 2 orders, 1 day apart. The 1st order took 8 business days to dispatch and the 2nd took 7 days. Both well short of the 3-5 business days you promote on your website.

Supplied the wrong battery, took 4 weeks to make a refund. Battery was to long. no sence of urgency by the company had to purchase else where.

Website says orders normally ship in 2-3 days. Mine took 2 weeks. Just be realistic with your lead times.

Extremely annoying that you don't have product in stock and your website doesn't say this. I've booked my car in for transmission service and now need to cancel because I find out you can't supply oil in the advertised time. Not impressed. Perhaps you could think about refunding my money as you've cause me issues.
