I am unable to rate this product out of "5" as it is very hard to rate or review a product that was ordered back on 31/5/24 as being availabe and ready to ship in 1-3 days, and still is to this very day, only to find out a week later that it won't be available until the end of July. When and if I receive this item I would be more than happy to leave a review but in the meantime I am still waiting.

I ordered a w/shield for my car it turned out to be incorrect.I asked for a refund but was told the only credit would be a in store credit not happy.i have worked in the motor trade for 40 years and never had this problem before will not be recommending this company

I had asked if the driving light mounts were in stock and was told they were. So I went ahead and ordered them, but had now been over a month and still haven’t seen them. I continue to ask of their whereabouts and only keep getting told that they will get in contact with the warehouse, and that is all I know unless I email them again, which I will be told the same thing again and be left wondering. Very poor costumer service.

On June 18, I ordered on the website, seeeing that it says 1-3 day dispatch. I understand things might not be in stock, but an automated response saying it will be over a week to dispatch would have been great. I called multiple times, but I was on hold for 25 minutes, and after 25 minutes, it disconnects you. I ended up emailing saying I was going to get a refund through PayPal because I couldn't get through and I was unsure if your company was a scam site. Someone responded which was great. When I received my order 9 days later (27th), I had an empty box in the packaging for one tool, and the other tool was on backorder. I understand backorders happen, but an automated response would have been great. I still don't know when the backorder is going to be sent to me. I called about the empty box, and they have the packing station on video for things like this. That is awesome, so they sent me an email and asked me to reply with the photos. I did that on Thursday, but then I was not told how long it would take to determine if it a decision will be made. I am annoyed, but not with the delays, it is the communication. If I had things communicated to me, I could have let the person know that their order would be delayed. At the moment, it is my reputation that is being tarnished because of poor communication, and I still don't have any idea what is going on. It can be fixed with an automated system to send out emails. Hopefully this gets sent to someone and not posted on the website, because the email said it gets sent to your team to improve.. If this gets posted to the website, let me know and I'll remove it.

Spent 1 hour on the phone trying to get someone to talk to about the order for 2 days. Emailed a few times and got a response back after the order was delivered. Poor service to customers. Will not order again from this place again.

Received incorrect/substandard product. Took over three months to get refund (finally after I lodged a paypal dispute). Still owed money for return postage & my messages ignored. Will be going back to REPCO.

I placed 2 orders, 1 day apart. The 1st order took 8 business days to dispatch and the 2nd took 7 days. Both well short of the 3-5 business days you promote on your website.

Supplied the wrong battery, took 4 weeks to make a refund. Battery was to long. no sence of urgency by the company had to purchase else where.

Website says orders normally ship in 2-3 days. Mine took 2 weeks. Just be realistic with your lead times.

Extremely annoying that you don't have product in stock and your website doesn't say this. I've booked my car in for transmission service and now need to cancel because I find out you can't supply oil in the advertised time. Not impressed. Perhaps you could think about refunding my money as you've cause me issues.

Slowest shipping even if you chose express. Ordered on sunday, packed and booked on monday, its already friday and haven't shipped yet. no update even though they say there's available stocks. Beware

I ordered the item 5 Apr 24. To-day, 16 Apr 24, I have not received the item. I can get no response from the supplier nor the carrier as to why it has not been delivered. I wil probably not use this supplier again

Worst decision to purchase from them. Parts advertised in stock but at the supplier customer service is appalling there’s no clear definition of where the product is during delivery. I will never purchase from you again and will pass this on to the many car clubs I’m affiliated to.

How stupid can it be??? Sold me a lock without a key! When i asked where is the key, they answered me back with a photo and encircled are small lettering of "key is not included" in the ad. Sense would dictate you to sell locks that will come with keys!!!! I almost fell out of my chair when i tead your reply!!!

I called the store too see what time I could come click and collect my item I was told to wait for a call back for them too check when it will be available to pick up never got a call back I ended up trying too call again waited on the phone for an hour and they hanged up on me after they answered

No point asking for a review until goods are received. My last experience was AWFUL. It was during covid lockdown so was willing to try once more. Took 3 months for receival. Here's hoping this new purchase experience is different.

My order (#100508661. 16 Dec 23) says on your website 'Order Received'. No it wasn't , we are home all day every day - nothing arrived. So where is it.?
