“I recently purchased Sony XAV-AX5000 headunit, Thinkware F200 Pro and G55CL Reverse Camera and got it installed in my 2010 Mazda 6. The pricing was reasonable and am very happy with my overall experience dealing with the staffs-Kevin and Sergei. Sergei was technician who installed the items and did a very good job and the job was done in 2.5-3 hrs. I would have rated 5, if only the phone accept/reject steering buttons were working (some program issue!), which am disappointed. However, appreciate Sergei for calling me and explaining the issue in detail. I can make do with Siri for making calls and the touchscreen on the headunit to accept / reject the call. Everything else is working well. Thank you guys for the wonderful experience!”
