“I ordered parts that were listed as in stock and was given an expected collection date in Sydney. That date came and went without any update or contact from Automotive Superstore. After following up, I was told the parts were available in Melbourne but had not been sent to Sydney for collection. There is no readily available phone number to speak with someone directly, so every enquiry had to go through an online contact form, with responses taking 48+ hours. With no confirmed timeframe for when the parts would be transferred, I requested a refund. It took three separate requests before the refund was processed. The experience was unnecessarily frustrating. Better communication, more accurate collection timeframes and a direct customer service contact option would make a significant difference.”

“Hi I just wanted offer a criticism. I ordered a guage and then proceeded to get an order confirmation email, a invoice email, and then 3 thank you emails. 5 emails for one order is ridiculous and is annoying as hell. Also pop ups on your website that takes up the entire screen offering 10% off are also super annoying and not the way to do it. Thank you.”
