“Was advised that my order would be dispatched on 23 Apr 2026 - didn't hear anything about my order. I texted on 24 Apr and was advised that they were waiting on the stock for my order which was 'due in coming days' - I assumed that the tools were in stock as the website didn't say they weren't in stock. Was then advised the stock would be received on Tues 28 Apr. I then rec'd a text that night (24 Apr) that the item was posted”

“My experience with Automotive Superstore has been very positive overall in the ten years or so that I have dealt with them. Their pricing has always been competitive & the product range allows for choosing quality if your budget permits. It would be nice to be able to talk with the actual person with regard to support as it seems to be an SMS only service at the moment, though it hasn't been a problem as such.”
