“No convoluted stuff only whats need to complete transaction, the conformation the parts is correct for my vehicle nice to have before you make final click for payment assuring havent dropped the wrong parts in basket. Options for delivery fast or not as fast great if you in no hurry your not paying for a speedy delivery if you dont wanted immediately. Instant confirmation of order didnt need to screen shot order number etc all in email you receive. Good site more parts than a lot of others i looked at.”

“Shocking!! I Can't get into or onto my so-called account? I had to wait from Friday afternoon to 10 am Monday morning Just to speak to somebody that tells me they don't know anything..? because nothing on the computer would work over the weekend..nobody has returned calls or emails or anything at all except Advertising in mail. I Don't know wether my order has been placed or not? There has been no confirmation..My money has come out of my account! So now I've had to order the same parts again on eBay Just know that I'll get them? Mind you cheaper on eBay anyway? Please if somebody can you give me a call to know where whereat kind regards Wayne Ebsworth 0415272744 Probably like a refund now too, actually”

“Well it's now 15 days since placing my order and receiving a confirmation email that same day. However no notification of shipping, stock levels, expected delivery nothing, and that is 24hrs after sending an email requesting news regardless of the status..... come on guys!”

“After one order not being dispatched and no communication to tell me there was a3mth delay until i rang. I thought never again but stupid me tried them again hoping they had got better aftef 12mths. But no new order and again delays outside of nominated dispatch time. Reply oh sorry a delay has occured in delivery we'll investigate but no time frame given mean while can't drive car until part arrives. I won't be recommending or purchasing again.”
