“My recent order I expected to receive the next day as usual. However it apparently was noted when I ordered it that it would not be available for 5-10 days. I missed this and when asked to review my order I gave AS a 3 out of 6 review. Peter a member of staff saw this and called me to see what he could do, that was yesterday, this morning my part was delivered. Just simply amazing service. Many thanks Peter and AS.”

“I ordered an air filter but the incorrect filter was sent to me, so I followed the return protocol but then received a text stating a different numbered filter is what I need however it was also an incorrect part number. Received a text yesterday saying you’re waiting for a response from me after I have already responded and have got the automated received response from you. What a debacle. First and last time I order from this company”

“This is my second time trying to purchase something from your website. The first time the transaction wouldn’t go through, so I paid more for the item on another website instead of trying to call. This time was a similar issue when it came to payment, so I tried my zippay acct and it went through. Besides that your prices seem reasonable and it was relatively easy to find parts.”

“Estimated delivery times from time of order constantly got longer and longer. In hindsight would not have ordered if the information was more accurate. Have sourced from an alternate supplier. If you go to a restaurant and you don't enjoy your meal then you don't go back. Understand Supplier issues,freight delays and other factors that come into it.Not complaining not seeking refund and won't be saying anything negative or positive about this experience publicly. Cannot answer questions below as am waiting till the 21st July for expected delivery”

“So, after a terrible experience with my first order not being shipped until 2-3 weeks after I paid for it, eventually it was sent upgraded to express, but only after a request for a refund. I figured, maybe it was a genuine mis-hap as generally the reviews are positive for this company...so I opted to give a second chance on another order. So, after I paid for a new order I'm notified that the estimated date for my order to be 'processed' is 6 days out! This is pretty poor. Woeful even. The site appears to have a great range of products and competitive pricing. The customer service however appears lacking and it would be a shame to see what seems to be a great outfit/resource lost due to poor/delayed service. Maybe disclosure of availability and despatch times BEFORE payment would better for business for all parties....Or up your game and despatch orders in a reasonable time frame. So I'm not overly confident or optimistic but hope you can prove me wrong, in which case you will have a regular customer, if not I will not be back unless I'm definitely in no hurry for the goods and can only tell people truthfully of my experience.”
