“Pricing is amazing, attitude toward customer information about the delivery is very poor. The website says 1 - 3 business day’s for delivery when in actual fact it is more like 7 days. When queried - all I got was ‘delivery is 1 - 3 business day’s.”

“Prices were good. Delivery was good. When you add the delivery cost the purchase price it is better to click and collect as the delivery costs almost make it as much as the local suppliers.”

“Everything was good apart from the check out where a 10% discount was offered but it wasn’t really. After a few emails back and forth I was offered $25 discount( not $60+ had the discount number plate worked as advertised) Frustrating more than anything.”

“The part we received seems to be correct, the customer service to find and supply the part was extremely, I apologies to the gentleman but I do not remeber his name. He was quick, informative, and very well mannered over the phone. Shipping was quick and has helped us help our customer with their vehicle.,”

“I ordered two o2 sensor Citroen DS3 one upstream one down stream the up stream sensor was faulty and was told I have to order another one then ask for warranty but has to be checked by Bosch first so had to buy another and than hope i get a refund not good.”
