“The team at Automotive Superstore are amazing when it comes to customer service and support. Brandon is a real credit to the team. He helped me through the process of purchasing a new set of wheels and went above and beyond when an issue came up, making sure everything was sorted out. The team have an extensive knowledge of the products and parts they stock, and they’re always happy to guide you towards what you need. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and would definitely recommend Automotive Superstore to anyone. I’ll certainly be back to spend more with them in the future! “I initially found the Automotive Superstore site when searching for parts on eBay. I then switched to using the Auto store search function and found it to be well organised and straight forward. The prices are competitive and the auto products appear to be OEM alternate providers which provides quality assurance. All up, I am very happy to continue using the site for my future automotive spares procurement.”

“The online experience with Automotive Super Store is always a good experience. Easy navigation, finding all the the parts I need. I have been purchasing performance upgrades for years from here and always had positive experiences. This time was no exception. However the online vehicle automatic part finding system says that the spark plugs I purchased do not fit my vehicle when I already have these exact plugs already in my car right now. Not sure what the issue there is but technology can get it wrong some times.”

“I purchased a product on click and collect and was informed after l had paid that item was not in stock at the outlet l had selected for pick up and would not be available for 1-3 days. I needed the item today! Consequently l had to buy it from another supplier ie. buy the the item twice”
