“Online purchasing pay was simple seamless and my money was withdrawn quickly. BUT ordering chick and collect (first the reason as it's an urgently needed just to get my car going again and I could have repaired it last weekend) on a Thursday I would have expected a message to collect it the day after in Friday.. It is now the Monday afternoon after those days and still no correspondence about when my clock and collect order will be ready.”

“Straightforward online shopping experience. Site is reasonably easy to navigate, checkout simple, click and collect was really easy. Only shortcoming was, the stated date for readiness of my click-collect order didn’t accommodate a public holiday. Not a huge problem but a bit of sloppy work by whoever finesses the site.”

“Website as good as most others. Order placement similar experience, although the check out process via a mobile device (iPhone) was glitchy. Biggest let down is the click and collect order processing and ready time. Only after placing the order I received an email stating that my order is estimated to be ready for pick up in almost a week! All parts were shown in stock, so I expected it to be ready later the same day or next day at the latest.”

“My first time shopping with Automotive Superstore and so far the experience has been positive. How the delivery goes will be the true determinant of whether the whole experience is positive or not. Even with postage an insurance, the product I bought was much cheaper by far than from the automotive stores I usually deal with or have dealt with in the past.”
