“Ordered Black Friday sales - multiple items. Order was slow to be dispatched. But quick to take your fund’s thought. When I got my delivery. Box was missing multiple items of the order , no shipping slip or explanation came with part order. A measurement of a business is how they regard their customers, and make things right when things go wrong. AS is lacking in this area. They a have a firewall type way of dealing with customers issues. Easy to take your money, but make it difficult to address an issue? 1300 number doesn’t allow you to speak to person directly about your order. Customer Service work Mon Friday only hours in this age🤔.They provide a mobile number to txt your issue to and they will get back to you . A lot of ping pong to get things resolved in the end. I don’t feel confident in buying high price point auto items from this business online sadly.”

“The website is easy to use. Ordered parts for Fiesta WZ was relatively painless, with many options for all budgets. But I only just ordered. Let's make sure they arrive in a timely fashion, in one piece/not damaged and as ordered! Lastly, fit the car. So this survey is a little premature - hence only three stars.”
