“My Brake pads for my wife’s BMW were delivered at reasonable time and all parts were well priced, can’t wait to install the new ceramic pads, I am over the black brake dust from the genuine BMW pads, apparently ceramic pads are dust free :) I recommend shopping at Automotive Superstore for your car parts that you need.”

“I have had dealings with this place before and had good experiences but this last dealing I had with them has been terrible. It's the worst place to deal with and I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog. I put my order in February & had to return it. It took 5 months to get my store credit which they refused to add to my account. I had things in my shopping cart ready to spend the money on and they took so long that all of it went off special. They went ahead and placed the order with my store credit without confirming the items with me. They never added the order to my account. The whole emailing back and forth was horrible and a terrible experience, they were unhelpful and rude.”

“Just joined up seems ok but if you take debit cards then put it as an option on the payment screen. Also I am collecting from Melbourne apparently the items are coming in from Sydney ? It would be good if there was a shipping tracking indicating when the items left Sydney and an actual tracking of the ETA so a customer know when his order has arrived at the collection point. I am sure this would save a lot of customer frustration and Unn phone calls to you. Other than that hopefully my purchase goes smoothly. Thanks Jim”

“I ordered a power cord to connect a Thinkwars F770 DashCam to a power supply in my Toyate Aurion. I was assured by your company that the cord supplied would connect to the Dashcam. The cord supplied has a double conection while the camera has a single connection point that does not connect to the Thinkware dashcam. Without modification to the cable I cannot connect the cable to the dashcamable.”

“Took 2 weeks for my order to be shipped out, but was only shipped out after doing an online inquiry otherwise the order would never of sent. Your website clearly states 1-3 day dispatch time with my order confirmation indicating same day dispatch, so why was mine 2 weeks? But again only after I done the inquiry. After contacting automotive superstore the employee blamed the warehouse relocation and EOFY sales as the excuse as to why my order was never sent. None of this was sent in an email prior to my inquiry or displayed on your site. As the customer if this information was made apparent at all I would not have purchased from your store. The lack of communication and lack of customer service is pathetic and I won’t be purchasing from your store again. The warehousing relocation isn’t the customers fault and the EOFY sales happen at the exact same time every year so why’s it the customers fault your staff/managers aren’t prepared for something that happens at the same time every year. Sucks too because the prices and stock on hand you have is good but I’d gladly spend more money elsewhere to not deal with Automotive Superstore again Order # 101073412”

“DO NOT USE. If I could give 0 starts. I would. Ordered part, never got it. Called, told to e-mail. E-mailed. No answer. E-mailed again. Received an apology saying they forgot to send the item. Got the item 2 weeks later. Midway through installation, found it was missing a wire. Called. Told to message via website. Messaged. No answer. E-mailed. Told 24 hours to receive response. No response after 24 hours. E-mailed again. Called. Was received with aggressive behaviour, and no solution to problem. DO NOT USE.”

“Fantastic. Order went through easily and no problem with checkout. Found exactly what I wanted and worked out $30 cheaper than any other seller online. Thank you, helps a lot as on pension. Only thing I have to suggest ,Itried to shop further after checkout but the ad for signup( which I had already done )covered the items I was trying to find, and I couldn't get it to go away so I couldn't find the otherthat I was looking for. Otherwise, great !!!!!”
