“easy to order only took a few days to delivery..got exactly what i ordered..”

“I found it extremely difficult talking to someone in regards to questions I had re items I wanted to purchase. I was on hold for 30mins plus then someone would eventually answer but as soon as I said it was in regards to an online order inquiry, I got disconnected or transferred back to the waiting cue, it was extremely frustrating. I never spoke to anyone??”

“Purchased a Bigboi Airblower for $533 and is very disapointed with the performance of the blower. Definitely not worth the money, battery don't last long, just manage to dry 2 cars, and takes hours to charge up again. It is also extremely noisy. Would not recommend it at all.”

“Great products and great prices. Easy to find with the vehicle fit match. Quick and easy ordering. Delivery can be up to a few weeks to rural areas but if you don't need it urgently it's ok especially when they are on special.”

“I bought a replacement wing mirror and it was the wrong part despite the compatibility checker. Took months to get a refund after being told they can't supply the correct part even though they still advertise it on the website. I already paid the autoelectrician $400 for a failed install. Avoid this place.”

“Yeah first time I’ve used the online store and very impressive what I ordered is what I got and they let me know step by step as the process from ordering to delivery the items were packed perfectly and sent by Australia Post and a signature on delivery as well if your not home it goes to the local post office so very organised and I’m restoring a car so will be definitely using again”

“The price of the Liqui Moly Petrol Engine Intake Decarb 2733 is dearer ($38.75) after you have added it to cart than when searching for the product ($30.80). I called the store and advised them of this but was told to open up another browser or clear the cache. I was disappointed that no one was interested in looking into this as it is still incorrect when looking on other computers/devices and days later.”

“The site is very easy to order from and any questions are answered within 24 hours - I have proved this on a couple of occasions. Very professional service. Also friendly counter service when picking something up. Only ordered a couple of days ago and am waiting on the call for pickup”
