“I rang customer service and spoke to Arron because I ordered BR8HS spark plugs by mistake. I actually need B8HS-10 spark plugs. He was very helpful and was going to change my order and send me a copy of the correct order. I have not received a copy of the revised order but I am hoping I get the correct goods.”

“unable to access the website for long periods of time, when I finally got onto the site it was very unfriendly to find the part I was after then it would not tell me if it was an in-stock item or not even putting it in the shopping trolly did not tell me if you had stock on hand. all the while I was beening shutout off the site and had to start again, also it was difficult to find a phone number to call”
