“the person in the call center refused to honor the quotation that came up on go compare. he was just argumentative ,telling me that because the info given this year didn't match the old policy he wasn't going to match the price given. even though i answered every question asked of me . sort it out Autonet”

We have looked into this for you and can see the reason that the price was different in the call centre was due to different information being given compared to when you did the quote online. This was advised politely by our member of staff. When a policy is purchased online, it is important that all information given is correct to ensure that you are insured correctly.
